Rashel Holloway: Monica at Shear Elegance is a miracle worker! She took my gray grow out (about 5 inches with 8 inches of bleached ends) and blended it beautifully. Seriously it all looks like my salt and pepper roots!!! Not to mention her chair side manner was exceptional and we laughed the whole appointment. What an amazing talent.
