Aldin Hrncic: Came in with a head of hair messed up from a previous cut by a different salon, they took the time to fix me up and sent me smiling!
Especially when it cost me less than that other place!

Desiree Sim: Called mid morning to see if there was any availability and to possibly make an appointment and got no answer. I did miss a call back. I attempted to call again and left a message. This time I did not get a call back. I came in to the salon at 12:55 and the gate was half closed with a wet sign. The lady was cutting someones hair. I walked in with my two kids to ask if they were closing soon due to the half closed gate. The lady proceeded to tell me that no but she did just mop the floor. I went back out with my kids and spoke to her from outside of the salon due to the recently mopped floor. She did not tell me it was ok to walk on the floor and said nothing when I exited the salon and spoke to her from outside of it. She said she could cut both kids hair at 2pm. I came back at 1:55pm and there was a sign saying closed and will be back at 2:10pm. I returned at 2:05pm and she was already cutting someone elses hair. At 2:20 the kids and I left without any haircuts.
