5 /5 Kristin Hammond: When her next appointment came in and she wasn’t done with my hair (cut off about 12inches) I was nervous I would be rushed out the door but she took her time and genuinely cared if I was satisfied with the length and cut. Also steered me in the right direction as far as the style/framing.
