We only meant to come for a tasting and we stayed for hours talking with the family that runs the vineyard. We drank the most delicious wine and learned so much about the process. I highly recommend adding this winery to your list when you’re in the area.

5 /5 Gretchen Pitcairn: Barrel Springs Winery offers a gorgeous, intimate tasting room with excellent outdoor space and delicious wines. This family owned winery is a must- stop if you’re in the Prosser area! The stainless steel Chardonnay is packed with flavor and bright fruit. The aged estate Syrah is silky smooth and rich in flavor. I’d also recommend the Albariño and Cabernet. Wonderful experience all around where you feel like a welcomed part of the family while sipping on their delightful wines. Be sure to throw a ball for the winery pups ;)
