Andres Gonzalez: Remarkable piece of Wenatchee history surround by the college campus and students makes it a peaceful area to view. The structure is old and reminds of the old Camelot days castles and house combined. I find interesting the art area next to makes its a more peaceful setting
CA Willoughby: Awesome park! It was being well used by people. Even had an intense game of Frisbee Golf going with a family. We were there to eat lunch, and it was nice. Very relaxing and fun to watch the kids and people with dogs playing. Will definitely return.
Jacob Lowrey: Awesome hike. As other reviews mentioned, it is a little slippery. I strongly recommend good hiking boots at a minimum. Bring water, as the climb is short but constantly uphill. The views were worth it though! We took multiple breaks, and stopped to take photos and completed the hike from top to bottom in right at two hours
Ian Phillips: I love the area. Such a nice place to walk and enjoy nature without many people and plenty of birding/wildlife sights and trail signs to see and learn from.
Sijeeta Deb: Its a great place to take a walk, enjoy the waterfront with family. The Pybus public Market is within walkable distance from here and theres plenty of parking.
Addison T: The most incredibly diverse park I have ever had the experience of going to. Seriously felt like numerous different parks. Admittedly we did get lost in our vehicle trying to find trails a couple of times because some areas are not as well marked as others. The hiking trails themselves are very well marked though. Photos are from Sept 2024!
Graham Tranter: We didnt even know there was an underground until we saw the tour listed as a thing to do on a day trip to Port Angeles. I think it was fun to do once but my interest may have been muted by having done old town tours in quite a few other locations. Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate about the tour which I think elevated it above more touristy tours I have done in the past.
BREE PASKIEWICZ: We love the view from this tower. Its an easy climb on marine heavy duty stairs that are nice and wide, too. You can see the town, the wharf really well, and theres plenty of room on the platform.
Although the whole town basically has great views due to tiered coastline where the mostly uniform building heights rise evenly and do not obstruct the vast Strait of San Juan de Fuca and Olympic mountains!
