I had a checkup and cleaning, and fortunately didnt have anything that needed to be fixed. The crew was much more thorough than any Id experienced before. Special appreciation to Alanna, who did the cleaning, and who is so personable. Id highly recommend Bayside Dental to anyone who is looking for dental care. I had a second visit, to replace a crown that had fallen out. The staff once again was very gracious, and explained everything that would be happening. Excellent and professional!

Dr. Rawley and her staff are unfailingly courteous, professional and provide excellent dental care. Ive had several dental procedures over the years (cleanings, fillings, and crowns). Complex procedures were fully explained in advance so I knew what to expect. Insurance billings and estimates have been accurate with no surprises. Glad I found Bayside for my dental care.

Vicky Raff: Dr Chen is the most masterful dentist that I have ever encountered. He is well educated, caring and gentle. He comes up with brilliant solutions to the complex issues as he encounters them. (Every patient presents a new challenge.) He just performed a crown replacement for me on a crown that was poorly done by someone else. He worked with a bridge in the event there was the possibility of heavy metals present. With the bridge in place and having to access the very back upper tooth, it was a very cramped space. He did it masterfully, diligently and gently...nearly 3 hours. I am continually amazed by the art and science that he brings to his dentistry. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Worried about the numbing shot, more drilling, filling, rubber dam install and the works. It was done flawlessly and I had no pain after. Numbing agent wore off without tooth or gum pain. I felt heard and everything was explained without being condescending. Highly recommend Dr. Madden and team.
