5 /5 Paige Forhan: Always have a great experience here with my 10 year old pup. Dr. Claire has been nothing but supportive, sweet, and gentle with my pup. They do a good job keeping him separated from other animals due to reactivity and previous dog attacks. His skin allergies are better, and he has a great quality of life now that weve been able to treat some issues long-term. Also, they listened and accommodated when I didnt want to use a muzzle with my slightly anxious pup - they let me bear hug him during shots instead. Would recommend!

We brought our high-anxiety GSD that is a lot of dog to handle, they worked with him to help him become comfortable without being rushed, were very considerate in what they did to perform care throughout. What really stands out- they keep themselves accountable and stand by their business, and folks like that are who deserve a place in the community- being able to trust your pet’s provider is so critical in a world full of churning (that we’ve experienced firsthand elsewhere multiple times over). We have brought all three of our animals to Willow tree over the years. When facing a tough decision with our 18-year-old cat, the staff was very clear with us on what to expect in trying to save him as well as what his short and long-term health would look like. Allie Wallitner: I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Paik for several years now and just have to write a review. Both my parents and my Aunt are patients of Doctor Paik. His care and concern for each one of them is above and beyond anything I have experienced before (and I have had some excellent Doctors). He has called after hours in several instances because of his true concern. Kitsap County is lucky to have such an excellent Physician. His nurse Lindy is pretty amazing too!

JULIANS LIFE: It’s been 2 ish years since we had Dr.Hulst. But here I am, coming back to leave this review. As a new parent, I had no idea that you’re suppose to have a doctor ready to go for your new sweet baby. And thank goodness we found Dr.Hulst. We found her so fast because she was new to the area and looking for new patients. And we were LUCKY to have her. I kinda wish I was able to bring her with us when we moved out of state. She’s very straight forward and if she gets your humor, she can be very very funny! When she’s done some procedures for my child, she was great and fast to getting it done. We sure do miss her! Thankful that we had her for our sons first year! Thank you Dr.Hulst. Our boy is big 3 year old and healthy.

Joseph Ho: Brought my child here for a sleep study. Staff did not tell us ahead of time that parents had to stay with kid / teen the entire time, so did not know to bring stuff to spend the night. Did not tell us there was a co-pay until we were in the room. Techs just basically shrugged their shoulders and said that’s the day time staff’s problem. We can’t do anything. No bed for parents to sleep in despite the fact that parent is required to stay the whole night. Tech left other patient’s protected health information in our room. Building not sound proofed. Can hear other kids screaming, staff talking, laughing, wheeling carts around, equipment beeping, etc.

jaclyn weber: My dog was sick and she was very old. I was sad because I knew that euthanasia was the best thing for her but I felt guilt. She had a wonderful life. I called 2 vets near my home, I had just moved to the area. The first vet I called showed no sympathy in and at first wanted to set an appointment for the next month. I really didnt like that. They offered the next Saturday but that wasnt soon enough for my dog. I then called All Creatures, and they were very sympathetic to me over the phone and when I showed up the next day, Dr. Little spent almost an hour with us and has a very good bedside manner that most vets lack. He was very caring towards us and handled our needs in the most sensitive way, it couldnt have gone any better. I recommend Dr. Little to anyone who needs a veterinarian.

The Doctors Clinic: Michael L. McCord, MD - Port Orchard

S Cleveland: I attempted to establish care with McCord but Im having to find a new primary care provider now. Initially setting up care with him took 4 months and he refused to address any of my issues during that visit. I had to set up a second appointment to even begin treatment for the issues discussed. During the second appointment he told me that none of the issues I was talking about were in his notes. I do not know what the first appointment was for if he wasnt going to listen to me. Still, nothing was addressed or resolved. I have since attempted to get an appointment, but the availability is over 6 months out. Not only is he not attentive to patients. He is not even accessible.
