5 /5 Michael Brady: The listing is wrong, this is Bucks Fifth Avenue. The woman who runs the store is awesome, the selection is great. If you are not sure about a spice she might give you a sample to take home. This is the standard for my spice shops now. I only buy spices here. If you want great spices for great prices from a local vendor then this is the only place you will ever visit. Heck, even if you only care about one of those 3 things then this is your place.

5 /5 Bella Moody: Best selection of rare spices and fantastic teas. I regularly drive down from Tacoma just to stock up. The service is very hands-off, but the moment you have a question or need something, all you have to do is ask. I love the fact that you can buy a quarter pound or a quarter teaspoon of whatever you need - so no wasted spices and money if youre just trying out a recipe for the first time! I send all my culinary friends to Bucks.

5 /5 Mack Prevatte: Beatty Memorial Park is a crack in the sidewalk in front of Bucks on 5th Avenue. It is possibly the worlds smallest park. Anne Buck is the owner operator and has been since 1973. The selection of spices is huge and fresh. Just go in, open a jar and take a whiff makes the visit worth it. If they dont have what you are looking for they will get and ship it to you anywhere in the world. Beware, if you have been buying your spices in little jars at the grocery this shop will change your life. I love this little shop and I think the staff is great.

The Museum of Un-Natural History - Walla Walla

Lauren Carr: This small, free museum is worth spending 15-20 minutes in. The space is full of creations from artist Gerry Matthews. These pieces are dadaist art so go in knowing you may not "understand" everything. If you go in with a sense of openness then youll have fun. There are pieces that evoke very strong feelings politically and socially so if youre sensitive to those kinds of things, I would suggest you skip this. Gerry was friendly on the day I went, he was interesting to talk to.

Sharon Coggswell: Was very impressed with this museum. Had no idea what it was like before visiting. 5 major buildings and many small outdoor historic buildings included with admission. All very nicely done. We thought it was better than the Washington State historical museum in Tacoma. Adjacent to a nice park with trails and good bird watching. Reasonably priced. Were comfortable shoes, lots of walking. Nice gift shop with snacks and souvenirs.

Nathan Cole: Loved being able to just be outside and be in nature exploring and walking. What a great park for picnicking, walking, or even playing on the playground. Would definitely try and begin water as it does get hot and not certian if the water fountains are always on. Theres sometimes in the summer some ice-cream truck that come by and sell ice-cream.

Whatcom Museum – The Lightcatcher - Bellingham

Richard Ward: My 2nd stop with my single purchase Whatcom Museum ticket. I just finished a wonderful 2 hrs in the Courthouse, and now after a quick stroll, Im here. This building is one of a kind. Just as it says, the light penetrates through the various rooms, the glass, and courtyard in unique ways and lasts throughout your visit...and beyond. Youll find yourself remembering certain images and the feeling you had within each area of the building. The images take on a life of their own and their message is almost piercing. Just like the light...a wonderful and lasting experience. Much respect for the local indigenous and their history. Good to see the support and exposure here! Nice job Bellingham.

Shujaat Bakhsh: Great place to hang out with alone and with your loved ones. The sunset is an absolute beauty. The park is dog friendly and has plenty of space to sit down and relax by the water.

Big Rock Garden Park - Bellingham

El-Faryna (El): Went during a warm winter Monday. The fenced park had a lot of trees, which provided shade and, therefore, was a little chilly. There were also no people around, which made it a very serene place. The sculptures littered around may be more directed to adults than children, though. The park itself is small but has various intermingled trails throughout.

Tobiason Joe (Wedding photographer): What a unique and wonderful spot for a wedding. Ive hung out here in the past, but to have a wedding was incredible. To have the wedding just overlooking the water and then enjoy the sunset and evening in the pavilion was incredible!

Marine Life Center - Bellingham

Jeff Weissenborn: Great place to take your kids! Very cool aquatic displays with local marine life. The staff were very knowledgeable, and spent time telling us interesting facts about the creatures. And its free! Highly recommend!

Whatcom Falls Park - Bellingham

Bobbi Borys: Great place to hike and take gorgeous nature photos. Dog friendly. The waterfalls are amazingly beautiful. The people are so friendly. There’s a place to picnic and for kids to play. Highly recommend.
