Joanne St. Onge: I cant say enough about how incredibly talented Irina and Kat are. Ive had the pleasure of visiting them multiple times, and each experience has been nothing short of amazing. Irina gives me the best Russian Manicure Ive ever had. Not only is she meticulous with every detail, but her work is incredibly durable—Im hard on my hands, and yet her manicures never chip or lift. I can easily get 3 weeks of wear, sometimes even stretching it to 4 weeks if needed!
Then there’s Kat—her Lash Lift and Tint is next level. Ive had several lash lifts in the past, but Kat’s technique lasts the longest by far. The lift is always strong, and my lashes look absolutely stunning for weeks. No one else has been able to achieve the same lasting results.
Aside from their technical expertise, Irina and Kat have created such a welcoming and friendly environment. Their space is not only comfortable but also spotlessly sanitary. It’s clear they care deeply about both their craft and their clients well-being.
I truly cannot recommend Irina and Kat enough. Thank you, ladies, for raising the bar and bringing such exceptional service to Moses Lake!
Lindsay Kariuki: If I could give this place a NEGATIVE star count, i would in a heartbeat. STAY CLEAR of this place. I called and asked if I could get a gel mani/pedi and they said go ahead and come down and I should of known by the ZERO customer count!!
1. This place is DIRTY. I understand what these salons do day in and day out but their chairs, their spas, their equipment, their tables, Everything! Was COVERED in old nail filings and or polish and or dingy and dirty.
2. Their massage chair is extremely outdated and ruins the whole pedicure experience. I wanted nothing more but for it to turn off. Its uncomfortable and painful.
3. The water you place your feet in is COLD and there are no jets! You pay 50+ dollars for a SPA pedicure and its like putting your feet in a puddle. They add NO salt NO beads not anything to the water.
4. They hand you a menu and its 20 dollars for GEL! YOU HAVE TO PAY 20 DOLLARS FOR GEL POLISH. I have never!!! 5-10. Ive seen plenty. But 20 extra for each service of gel!!! Are they serious.
5. Every nail on my toe was cut and shaped CROOKED.
6. They didnt soak my previous gel off. They didnt file any of the excess layers off. They didnt cut or shape my cuticle or nail. They used the dremmel for EVERYTHING. When I tell you it felt like my nails were being filed to the skin. I mean it. It hurt and I was getting so pissed off wondering why they even needed to continue using that dremmel for every step!!
My nails were previously SO THICK AND LONG that people were shocked to find they were my real nails. Now 3 days after walking out my nails are breaking left and right doing simple tasks such as switching the laundry or opening a door!! They completely ruined the integrity of my nails and now I have to wait for them to completely grow out before I can redo them!!!!
I will never be back to this god awful place and I 100000 recommend you run away as fast as you can and take my review seriously. I promise if you go youll regret it.
Ive posted my before nails and after. My red nails grew out so long and NOT ONE BROKE. Days after getting the green ones my nails are barely hanging on to my fingers. So crazy to me.

Almost every nail has broken off, less than a week after getting them done. Ive even tried using super glue to hold them longer because they have torn soo short, it would make my nails bleed. I still cant believe the quality of what I received and am mind blown that people actually enjoy this place!
Diandra Dempsey: Worst nail shop in town! I will never give them my money ever again!! I went in for a fill, it didn’t look like a fill at all, one nail was crooked, the other one he filed down way too much on the corner, I asked for diamonds he said it would be 30$ for what I wanted. He is rude, and also didn’t see him dispersing implements in sanitizing solution nor did he clean or sanitize his work station and other implements. If I could give it zero stars I would. This is what happens when you don’t go to your regular guy, stick with anyone but here!
Taryn Janke: HORRIBLE service. Mistreated my disabled client, had zero patience and cut her pretty badly. We felt unsafe and decided to leave and he still charged us for a full manicure. I definitely do not recommend Real Nails.
Alexandra Perez: I got a facial from Bella and she did such an amazing job! She made me feel welcome and comfortable. I have also gotten a lash lift and tint from Melissa, she did great! She is very timely and I loved how both of them explained every step of what she was doing! Highly recommend going to Essentials!
