4 /5 Ariel Brown: My first review was 1 star and is below. However, I have upped my review to 2 stars because the actual manager, Cindy, called me the next day, and she redid my nails free of charge. She did a great job and was really nice, and because of her I will try the salon again.
I went in to get a French Manicure in shellac. The manicurist was not friendly and rushed through the job, although I was the only client in the salon. When I got outside into the sunshine, I saw that the white tips did not go all the way to the ends of my nails, were wavy in parts, and my nails were ragged/poorly filed. I was on my way to work so I couldnt go back in right then, but I went back after work and showed them the problem. A different manicurist filed my nails down and put more white on the ends, but, unfortunately, the added white was clearly visible/chunky over the other white. From a distance its fine, but up close its really untidy looking. I talked to Wilson the manager, and he said to "try not to pay to much attention to it, and well do better next time" - no offer to refund at least part of what I paid - and when I asked them to take it all off and redo it so it looked right, he said they would have to charge me! What?!? I have to pay for their mistake!?!? I will not return.
