5 /5 Annabelle Lovato: Been going here since October ‘23 and I’ve had at least 6 sets from them, and I’m absolutely impressed every single time I go. They never fail to give me amazing nails that look so good. I’ve gotten various designs and shapes and every time it just gets better. 10/10 absolutely love. They are extremely professional too. So much better than other places I’ve been too. The only time I had one break was my own fault and not paying attention to what I was doing. (The Christmas set below was taken kinda late lol so there’s grow out) (not shown, my amazing chrome spiderweb set from Halloween)

5 /5 Ashley Nussman-Berry: Update May 2023 I hadnt been in awhile and I had such a great experience going this time when it was less busy. Great establishment and super attentive. They went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend. My nails look amazing. I got my first pedicure and Im so happy (I was weird about people touching me for the longest time). Kenny did amazing as always. I cant wait to go back now. Very relaxing! They have more people working and have a good system set up so it moves more fluidly. Old review I wish they had more consistent pricing. I usually love my nails, even though this place is on the pricier side (over 100 for a full set with design, not counting tip). I also wish that I would actually get the person I booked with. I always ask for a specific person and they always send me to someone random in order to cater to someone more regular or someone more likely to complain. My last experience there, I left pretty unsatisfied with my nails, as they seemed to be overbooked and in a rush and had someone newer working. I used to highly recommend this place, but starting to consider other options. Kenny does great work (if you can actually get him to be the one to do it).

2 /5 Marley Mendez: Went in was charged $78 I was okay with it because I was expecting the job to be well done. First of all she used so much acrylic that my actual nails hurt! I’ve been doing my nails for over 3 years now and never have I ever experienced that! My fingers are literally swollen!Not only that but they aren’t shaped correctly. Then I call and ask for them to fix them without charge and his respond is well have to see at the shop. Excuse me???? Ridiculous people forget when they were only charging $25-$35 for a set!

1 /5 Vanessa Sandoval: what a horrible I wasnt expecting that! This is why is hard to find someone who really DO nails right!! But they didnt even clean it up my fingers and even washing my hands is disgusted! Never going back again!!!

Aisiri Ravishankar: Would rate zero stars if I could. I wanted my cuticles to be cared for because they were in dire need of some TLC. Also opted for the sugar scrub pedicure. It was a terrible experience. The lady who did my mani and pedi rushed so much it was nuts. I was there with another person who just wanted a pedi, and my mani+pedi took as long as just her pedi. She barely scrubbed my feet, the scrub and massage lasted like a minute each. The nail paint was also terribly applied. The base coat was literally one dry stroke in the middle of my nail. My top coat was similar, and it looked so bad that I showed it to another worker there and she said ‘oh you messed it up’ and then put another top coat on. I did not mess it up. I saw other workers do a much more diligent job, so it looks like your experience would differ because on who you get. I got an older lady with a grown out blonde bob. If you end up with her, run.

Bailey Epperly: Not a good service, we asked for a gel fill and one normal manicure with a gel fill too, they only gave us both a manicure and told us it “would look better”. When the man asked what color I wanted on my nails I told him that I want a white clear base and a pink bow he said that would not look good and told me to do pink and white so I trusted him. When the lady came to do the bow she ran over and quickly did it and she asked if it was ok and I said it was fine and she told me the reason it looked like that was because my nail was to small. One the second nails she wanted it matte and no gloss and she wanted an add on gel just like the photo, he hurt her when he was drilling her nails and he ignored it and went on. He told her that it would look better as a manicure and not as a longer gel so she didn’t say anything. everything was going fine until he started doing the white design on the black nail. He was looking at the photo and staring at it hard, but somehow the moons ended up looking like cookies. and the consolation in stars look like clocks. She wanted him to do, Matt, but he put gel on it and she was so upset on how it looks. She only asked him to do one hand. after he was done doing the white designs, he got nail polish all over her and it all down her hand. When we went to pay we called them before and asked if they did Apple Pay. They said they did but when we went to go and pay they said that it only excepts some cards then they asked the other girl to pay for my nails which she did and she told me I just need to pay her back. The girl with the bow paid 35 and the girl with the stars paid 55. Over all not a great nail salon.

Authenticators Rus: Always do a great job for me as I have been a loyal customer for five years and have never been disappointed! Clean shop with all the best equipment, reasonable rates too! I won’t go anywhere else! They have a lovely married couple as owners, and the husband’s sister works there too, so its a family owned company, which is nice. The place can get really busy some days because they have a large loyal customer base, so you’re best off to show up on off days, rather than when everyone gets off work so they can dedicate more time to you. This is just common sense. No one can do their best when they are rushed, so be sure to go before rush hour. You won’t be disappointed! This is CATHERINE posting under my business account. The Picky Eater: Got the pearl pedicure package and I swear they messaged my feet forever it was very nice! You have to buy a 2$ file and buffer as they don’t reuse them, unless you bring your own back the next visit. Which was honestly fine to me. Manicure was also nice.

Chey Loren: Was expecting something like the picture I showed them because the reviews seemed good and the pictures online looked good. However, I was disappointed. The quality of the acrylics was poor and was all over my fingers. The lines were really thick and not straight and left nail polish on my fingers. Would not recommend but the person who did my nails was nice.

be_fabulous gv: Went in for a basic pedicure with gel polish she took 30 minutes and my nails where uneven had a big spot with no gel,2 of my feet where each missing top coat making the gel sticky and matte. Also saw her rinse something in my foot water. Sorry to be so frank but I decided to ask them to fix it the following day I was so anxious I couldn’t stop shaking the tech was rude and short, making me fell horrible for asking that my toes be fixed. Stay away

Ilyanna hovdahl: They did do an amazing job, took 3 hrs but reasonable because of the different colors. They quoted 5 dollars extra for both hands different colors and then upped it at the end. Same with the shape, and then doubled it for the gel on top. Dont be fooled by the prices on the wall. They will tell you there the same, then add unnecessary add ons. Make sure you make sure that if u dont want gel on your toes to tell, then multiple times. We asked for no gel on my sisters, and she reminded them again, and they still did it and then made us pay for there mess up!
