    Bryan Williams: I was referenced here by a coworker and very glad they provided this. They are extremely transparent. I asked how much for an analysis of my car issue might be. They asked what was happening and felt it likely was the fan clutch. I asked for budgetary quote as I wasnt sure if it made sense to repair the 25 year old car with 260k miles. In my case today it does, they called to confirmed the estimate before working on anything after they got to look at the car. Once I arrived to pick up they showed the part that failed and explained the issue in more detail. Most of this was not prompted which was extremely great. I have only been here once but will be back. I have high standards of who touches my cars to the point of I can I drive them to Oregon where I grew up to have the mechanic work on it but I think I found my new local shop. The experience I had only solidified what my coworkers stated.

    Justin Liang: I was recommend Tru-line on getting my alignment dialed in and DEFINITELY was not disappointed. Highly recommend Tru-Line Bellevue if you are wanting to get your alignment and steering checked! On top of that Brandon and the team went out of their way to secured some loose bolts that another shop touched and left. Lastly, Brandon and the team was able to get my vehicle back to me in the later morning after an early morning drop off. Will most definitely be back!

    SEATTLE AUTO HAUS: Had been looking for a reliable shop to replace the tires and do the alignment on an old Maserati Spyder. The store manager, Sean, was willing to take on the challenge when others wouldnt. Ethan handled every tire and wheel like babies and made sure everything took its time with patience on the alignment as well. Will, the Service Advisor, was very accommodating with my overwhelming behavior while keeping an eye on the work progress from behind the windows. The alignment work was fantastic, and so was the balance. Cant thank everyone at the Bellevue location enough for making this happen for us. They deserve more stars, but I couldnt find any more to check.

I really liked the old service writer Adam, but the new guy is the best Ive ever dealt with in 30 plus years. Recommended without reservation.

    Aaron Hastings: Great experience as always when getting my car serviced by Cantrell Motorsports. I had an alignment done on my 16 Corvette Z06; this requires specific caster alignment (in addition to setting the camber and toe in/out) which seems to be beyond many shops capabilities, but not for Colins crew. The handling feels great and gives me confidence for upcoming track events. I highly recommend this shop for your sports car needs.

    Cameron Flint: I took my 2021 BMW 4-series coupe to RNR for fairly extensive body repairs including its rocker panel, front bumper, wheels, and windshield. Id been procrastinating on having the work done, but now I wish Id done it sooner, because RNR made it painless. Shaun was my estimator and from start to finish was friendly, professional, communicative, and overall awesome. They were able to coordinate the wheel refinishing, windshield replacement, and tinting with local/partner shops despite not having the capability to do those in-house. My car came back in perfect condition, on time, and the bill was almost exactly as quoted, with minor changes as-needed made transparent and authorized with me first. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend RNR to anyone for body repairs - theyre fantastic.
