5 /5 Mattie C: I love BestMed. I have been here several times and seen different medical staff who all treat myself and my kids with the utmost care. The staff is quick, caring, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this urgent care.

1 /5 Eric Tischler: Did not go well, basically. I stopped in because I am a over the road truck driver and am away from my primary care doc because I moved. I just needed help with blood pressure, I asked the receptionist if they could help me with it. She said yes they could. 200$ bucks later I had an appointment. The doctor told me there was nothing they could do. And for 200$ wanted to write up some kind of plan. Like stay away from salt, exercise. All the bull shit I already know. Thanks dick thanks for ripping me off. If this was a real clinic they would have been up from and honest, and said there is very little we can do for you. I would not have wasted 200 dollars to talk to a doctor for 10 minutes. What a scam! I could of got that from the Google or YouTube. And to post I had to give one star. Lucky because I wanted to give zero stars.

5 /5 Michelle Downs: I have had two incredible visits here. The first time my daughter was incredibly sick. The Dr, Rhonda, took the time to make sure we filled her prescription there and explained exactly what to watch for and when to bring her back. She was insistent, but very caring and supportive. I was alarmed because I didnt realize she was that sick. The care was eye opening, but also supportive. The second visit was for myself. Again, the wait time was incredibly short and Rhonda was quick to explain my situation and treatment plan. She is funny, endearing, and genuine. I really enjoyed her bedside manner as well as her matter of fact treatment. I wish she was a PCP so I could take my family to her!

5 /5 winona wynn: Very serene process overall which was comforting. Lovely Provider who was welcoming, knowledgeable and thorough. Never did I feel rushed or ignored. My new “go-to” for medical clinic care.

1 /5 T V: We had a terrible experience at this urgent care, cramped waiting room, workers bundled together watching YouTube, extremely unprofessional. We waited over three hours, only to have our spot skipped twice while others who arrived later were seen before us. The staff was disorganized and gave us no clear explanation for the delay. If youre looking for quick and efficient care, I’d recommend going elsewhere. This place was a complete mess.
