1 /5 Josh Peters: I brought them a brand new Toyota truck to do multiple things. After bringing the truck back to the shop for incorrect installation items such as.... wrong bumper, mis-wired electronics sensors and bad trimming they eventually stopped responding to emails and calls. After they abandoned the project, we have discovered several other items yet to be resolved. Including they turned off the sensors instead of fixing them. They did the level kit wrong and it led to a broken front axle. They smoked the battery. The truck is brand new and has been towed 3 times now. The fact that they will not return calls or emails after more than a dozen attempts. I hate writing these things on the internet, not really how I would prefer to deal with a situation. This is in fact my very 1st google review. I have email proof of all items listed above, including ignored contact attempts.

5 /5 Robert Mador: I recently brought my pickup to BOR to have my catalytic converters replaced. My check engine light kept popping up for that issue. The staff at BOR were very receptive and responsive to my needs and arranged to replace my converters. Unfortunately, after all their hard work my check engine light came back. It turns out that when BOR discussed my repair options I opted for the cheap route and asked them to buy aftermarket converters. When I came back they found an exhaust leak and fixed that, and the light came back a second time I relented and asked them to get OEM converters. The OEM converters fixed the problem and my pickup is running great again! I have nothing but praise for how BOR worked with me, accommodated all my choices, and bent over backwards to help me get my truck working.

5 /5 JT Hilton: Jason’s team did a great job on swapping in a new 3 piece exhaust manifold on my Cummins diesel. The also fixed a long time torque lock issue that had been ongoing, as well as upgrading to a lower thermostat for my transmission cooler. All good fixes and upgrades. They’ve also done quite a bit of work in the past for me on my old Toyota everything I’ve ever tried to tighten or loosen has been super tight. Highly recommend them for any type of automotive work.

5 /5 Linda Nienhuis: The team at BOR is a great group. They put on an aftermarket bumper and winch including the brake system for towing behind our motorhome. Even though this was a process they stuck with it until everything got figured out and worked great. You guys rock.

1 /5 Honest Reviewer: Looks like this place was great up until about a year ago, and I can attest to that. I have had a lot of work done here and I enjoyed when I could actually talk to Jason and get his advice, as he is a Cummins guy. The younger guy at the front desk is knowledgeable as well and very nice (although there used to be an older guy at the front who I think was a shop manager or something and hes just rude and doesnt know anything about trucks). The last big job I had done, I got my quote and immediately did an internet search like most probably do to see if I could save some money buying parts myself. Now mind you, many sites offer free shipping over a certain dollar amount in addition to any veteran or holiday discounts. I was able to save almost $300 on that one job if I bought parts myself but when I brought this up I was told by supplying my own parts the labor rate would increase like $30/hr or something absurd like that, because if a customer orders the wrong part or is missing parts then they have to spend time fixing that. Understandable, but how about charge the extra rate IF thats the case. If its really because you get credit as a parts retailer then say that instead, just be honest. My most recent quote I saw they added shipping and handling charges and parts were on average 10-20% more than those available online WITH free shipping. As far as workmanship, Im not impressed. Ive had oil drain plugs reinstalled hand tight and leaked oil all over, I had an alignment done and then drove away only to discover my wheel is now at the one oclock position when driving straight, the oil change reminder sticker, they cant even bother to clean the windshield area before applying it so its just hanging and peeling away. I wish they would take pride in their work and have someone do a second look-over after the work is done as a quality control measure. I think this would alleviate many of these negative reviews. Now they have gotten to the point of not returning emails or calls like others have said so I need to find a new place to go.
