5 /5 Jami Waters: I went to Jen for the first time yesterday for a full color and cut. I have heard great things about Black Lotus from past customers, so I was excited to give them a shot! When I arrived Jen was very sweet and professional, she sat down and really listened to what I was looking for in my new style. The salon was very cute, clean, and well maintained. I was super comfortable the whole time. The color and cut turned out amazing and I will definitely be going back! I highly recommend Jen at Black Lotus!

5 /5 Bridget May Schrader: Rachel did a great job. Quite a bit of my hair fell out back in October. Rachel took her time, making sure she colored all the little hairs growing back. She was careful not to damage my hair in its fragile state. Im very pleased with her work :)
