Cameron Hoffman: The only place I’ll let cut my hair. The pricing is best in the region but that’s not even why I go there. I’ve been seeing Jessica there for over 5 years now and she always delivers! Although I only go there for her, all of the other staff seem to be very friendly & great at what they do as well! Highly recommend.
Brandon Himple: Omg Lisa is great! And really fun too! She did awesome on my perm, and she is just a great person to hang out with. I was kind of nervous to get my hair done but she made it so easy and took the stress away. One of the best places in Marysville to get your hair done!! If you want a great place to get your hair cut or done go here!

Update just went again. My daughter was diagnosed with Cancer... so to support her losing of her hair, I cut off all my beautiful (as people tell me)hair. Heather did such an Awesome job!!

He did such an amazing job, took his time & actually showed that he honestly cared about how my son felt about his hair once it was completed! So happy we now have someone to do my son’s hair & will continue going back!

I came to this salon because of the online coupon but I was denied from using it because the stylist named Jenn cannot personally accept it. I have to mention that I didn’t get the chance to tell her I had one but because she saw me getting my phone ready rushed to tell me I couldn’t use any coupon due to her status. The coupon is “20% off w/ designer or senior designer” and apparently is a specialty stylist of some sort NOWHERE ONLINE SAYS SHE IS ANY KIND OF SPECIAL STYLIST EITHER. I was very caught off guard she had to repeat herself. So I wasn’t aware of any terms like this and this was the reason I came here, I explained this to her. She offered to get the manger to see if they could accommodate me, and here she comes 4 seconds after not even around the corner yet just blurting out how she can’t accept me either. I honestly feel it wasn’t only that they couldn’t accept it but more so Jenn wasn’t happy I wanted to use the coupon (she made it very obvious in her tone and expression) so the manger took her side because of it. I could get over the coupon but not the way I was being treated over it. No sympathy for the misunderstanding, no real apology. The manager wasn’t afraid showing she doesn’t care about a customer experience already with the way she approaches people. When I tried to express my disappointment and feeling of disrespect this manager was whipping a bag to reline a garbage. This is who runs your business?? You aren’t too worried about building clientele if that’s how you handle things. Big shame on the salon end of JC penny. The blonde manager there (if there’s more than one) AND Jenn are extremely unprofessional and absolutely do not care to be. beware.
