5 /5 Albert Terry: First, this is to "Molly". You have to be confused. The Brad that I know is beyond honest. Brad replaced a "U" joint on the left front axle on my Ram Diesel 4 x 4. When I went to get my truck, I asked Brad the total cost, and he told me a price that was way less than what it should have been. When I questioned Brad about that, he said he made a mistake when he first told what it would cost, and that number stood. I told him that isnt right. I said to Brad that you say you made a mistake, but I cant let you repair my truck and have you loose money for the repair. He insisted, so I paid him, thanked him and left. I returned to Brads Automotive a couple days later with a thank you card and a $100 bill inside the card. That $100 wasnt even close what I really owed Brad, but he thanked me. If anyone can find a more honest Automotive repair than Brads, you wont find one in Federal Way area.
