1 /5 Lynn Zoo: My problem is that they were trying to double bill me. My procedure was a preauthrized one with my insurance. This company said my insurance did not cover everything. They talked me into applying for in-house credit. I was approved and agreed to their terms. Then, I talked with my insurance company and got a copy of my preauthorization. I talked to the office manager, who stated I needed to send her a copy of my insurance papers, as their office might not receive them for months. As of today, they have submitted a claim. I hope they dont try to bill be for what my insurance pays. I am filing a claim with the FTC for fraud and with my insurance company too. What a nasty business.
