Breeann Palm We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Mason and her assistant Melanie for my son’s lip and tongue tie laser procedure. Dr. Mason and Melanie both took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all of my questions, and make sure we felt confident every step of the way. The procedure itself was quick and handled with incredible care. Post procedure instructions were demonstrated to me and I left the office feeling confident in my ability to care for my son at home. Since the procedure, we’ve seen a drastic improvement in feeding and overall comfort. I’m so grateful we found this office. I highly recommend Dr. Mason to any parent looking for compassionate and expert pediatric dental care.

Deanna McKinney I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews on Yelp. I’ve had wonderful interactions with the staff at Access Dental. I had to have 2 teeth taken out after the crowns fell off. I was very nervous about having them out because of past bad dental experiences It went so much better than I thought it would. They were both out in no time without any pain. Dr. Wolff gave very thorough post-op instructions and left me knowing I could contact them if any problems.

Gina Dow I went in today for my new patient appointment. I work for the state and my other dentist dropped Delta Dental coverage so I needed to find someone new. I was very impressed by the Tranquility Dental Wellness office and staff. They are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is super relaxed, which helps my general anxiety. They’ve got heated massaging chairs and a menu of options you can have for free, like aromatherapy, gel eye masks, and heated neck rolls to name a few. My hygienist was Tawni and she was amazing! I’m glad I tried this place and I’m going to keep going back.

Jenna Weaver I was referred to Tranquility by a friend, and I am glad I took their recommendation. The Way the building and rooms are set upgives you privacy, while also being relaxing. I loved how every room had a TV, so I was focused on the show rather than the sound of tools in my mouth! The hygienist amber is amazing! She was so calm, yet cheerful and extremely attentive to making sure I was comfortable the entire time.

Amanda Sanders Had Dr David Doerig for a replaced root canal with abscess. He explained everything after they did films and for this appointment, as to what to expect. I was very nervous because Im a bit phobic of this kind of dental work. He and his assistant did a great job. Explained as to what we were going to do each step and went slowly. Very careful. Richard Wills Over the top in excellence. Dr. Kodama (I hope I spelled his name right) was the gentlest oral Doctor I have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable and quietly professional and took the time to explain everything before starting treatment. After finding the tooth had a crack in the old root canal, he then explained the various treatment options and pros and cons of each. I cant imagine how patient care could be better than this. THANK YOU.

Emily Hurtt I needed an unexpected root canal and the folks at Northwest Endodontics Specialists were so amazing! I called them on a Tuesday to make an appointment and they got me in the very next day. This was my first root canal and I was terrified. Autumn did an amazing job reassuring me and making sure I was doing ok during the whole procedure. And Dr. Bailey was great with explaining everything as it was happening. All of the staff were very welcoming, especially considering my appointment was at 7am. They also followed up with me the next day to make sure I was doing ok after treatment. Very professional and clean office. If you need any work done on your teeth, I highly recommend giving these guys a call!

Carol Balsley The young lady who cleaned my teeth was very friendly, Making me feel relaxed during the X-rays and cleaning. She sincerely cared for my comfort the whole time. And she offered a new way to polish my teeth that no one else ever had, and it took away a lot of the tea stains. SO great. She was absolutely one of the very nicest young ladies who have ever helped me.

Sandy 1 My experience today at Peterson and Cammack’s family Dentistry was wonderful. The office staff are kind, eager to help, fast, and efficient. The dental assistant that helped me was really great. Everyone treated me kindly. All around I liked everyone, Dr. Peterson will be a wonderful new Dentist for me. I am happy my friend referred me to their office. Finding a good dentist can be scary when you move and you don’t know where to go. I look forward to my next appointment.

Dr Sagawa makes sure you have good local anesthesia and is totally painless. Cant praise them enough. Their front desk is also very patient, polite and kind. For someone who leans heavy into functional health, I appreciate that Juan Carlos asked a lot of questions before even doing a thorough oral exam. He then explained some correlations between what he was seeing and some of my other health concerns. Relieved to find this dentist!

Zoe Zhou Yamaguchi review The hygiene experiences are no different from any other dental offices. But treatment is different, one day I felt a bit sharp spot on my tooth, I realize I might lost a tiny piece on that tooth, at my cleaning appointment, hygienist confirmed and said I need a filing, so I booked my appointment, but at my filling appointment, I was told I have 3 teeth to be filled at this appointment, and 3 teeth to be filled at next appointment. I was very surprised. During the treatment, doctor Yamaguchi seemed very busy, he was needed everywhere, and he had to leave during my treatment and had me wait 15min ish for him to come back. After the first appointment, they had me come for a treatment consultation , at the consultation appointment, I was told I have another 3 teeth, 4 spots to be filled (there are 2 spots on one tooth). And after insurance, I needed to pay $176.60, but when I come for my appointment, I paid $200.60, and the treatment experience is even worse than first time. Doctor Yamaguchi still seemed very busy, he was jumping from patient to patient. He finished filling on tooth and had to leave for another patient, the assistant used a tube to suck saliva from my mouth, and I had to keep my mouth open for 10 min just to dry my mouth when doctor is not even working on my teeth, and then assistant just grabbed someone that passed by to keep filling my teeth, and that person didn’t do any introduction, I don’t know who was working on me. And she accidentally hurt the inside of my mouth while drilling in tooth. It’s not very serious, but I don’t think it’s supposed to happen. At the end when she was smoothing my teeth, finally doctor Yamaguchi came back and took over . After the appointment I compared the bill $200.60 and the consultation estimate $176.60, I called to find out why, first front desk told me because I had 4 teeth filled at that appointment. I said that’s different from what they told me before, then they changed their saying that it’s only an estimate and they need to wait until insurance company to pay them to know how much exactly I need to pay, if they overcharged, they’ll refund me. And I was tired of dealing with them, decided to change my dentist.

Mary Holmberg I had to have a crown replaced—not my favorite thing to have done. I was pleasantly surprised that I experienced no pain from start to finish.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! They make sure you are comfortable and understand everything they are doing as well as what they are recommending! Love them! Marty Holtzman Had the best experience one can have in a dental chair. A very thorough, pain free cleaning and the staff there were great. In particular Debbie, the hygienst who did the cleaning was remarkably skilled, knowledgable, professional and friendly.

Sarah Pagan Dr. Merchant and his team treat patients with kindness and compassion. The whole team does a great job of communicating what they are doing, when, and why. When I needed a crown replaced, Dr. Merchant demonstrated a strong commitment to making sure the replacement crown was exactly right and fit properly. Dr. Merchant refused to accept what he found to be substandard work by the labs creating the replacement crowns, even though that meant having me come back to his office over five times to try new replacement crowns. I’m impressed by Dr. Merchant’s commitment to his patients.

Cristin Wilson Tumwater Family Dentistry is fabulous. I have been going to Dr. Merchant for years and he is always thorough and knowledgeable. Stacy was my hygienist for this cleaning and she cleaned my teeth with precision. She was kind and we struck up conversations about health and longevity. Lastly, the admin staff is efficient and handled my payment quickly. I have never waited more than five minutes for my appointment. Great experience all around.

Brandi Peacock Update: I was surprised with a bill. Their front desk had told me at check in that my insurance was verified and all good. Unfortunately this was untrue and misleading. The sent a bill and when I called for info I was then told that only my plan is out of network. I was not provided a treatment plan or anything that would show how much I could potentially owe before completing treatment. Instead they told me it would be covered 100%. I asked if they verified my plan with their providers Tax ID # and their National provider identification number and was told by Amy that they did. I called and spoke to my insurance company following that call and found out they never called and verified my plan prior to my appointment. This office is dishonest. What a great experience! My two kids and I all had new patient appts and got every done within an hour! Front desk was friendly and had everything verified with my insurance before we got there. My girls were seen by one hygienist while I was in the next room with another. Both were amazing and the dental assistant was very helpful too. We each spent some time with the Doc and left with our next appts scheduled. Definitely would recommend!

Joy Paris Dentist that doesn’t feel (or smell) like a dentist! Very flexible and organized front office. The hygienist I see is great at her job and super friendly. They also have a cute child’s play area out front and a sweet dog to say hi to help everyone feel comfortable. Best dentist I’ve ever been to!

Ariel Strong Dr. Kelson was hands down one of the best surgeons Ive been to. I had 6 teeth removed and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Listened when I told him about how I have a hard time with IVs and took my recommendation on doing it in my hand rather than my arm and wasnt poked a bunch, thank you! Even called to check up on me later on that night after my procedure! He tells you from the beginning he treats his patients like theyre apart of his family and he sure did. Thank you so much for making something usually super scary to me really easy!

Linda VenEman Dr Kelson was terrific!!! Caring, friendly, great at his surgery skills. I was surprised at how quick and easy the whole process was each time I had an implant put in. He was also very fair on the financial end of it. I wish I could have had him for my regular dentist! His staff is so efficient and caring. They know youre coming in for what you expect to be a stressful experience and they nurture you through it. I havent met his son who has joined the practice, but Im sure he is awesome too! Its a pleasure to have professionals who explain everything thoroughly and give you answers to all your questions. I always refer anyone I know that needs surgery done to have it done at this office. Hannah Workman Fantastic experience overall. Got me in super fast, explained all the facts and aftercare to my dad and myself, and answered all the questions we had. It was super quick and easy with the removal of all 4 wisdom teeth and Dr. Kelson called to check on me that night like he said he would which really stood out to me. Geoff Carlin It’s been years since I went to the dentist. When I called in for an appointment the office staff was incredibly helpful and very nice. They do ask that if you are a new patient that you do a quick 30-45 minute new patient evaluation, and they were able to schedule that with-in just a couple of days from my first call. Everything was very easy and the staff is incredibly friendly. Looking forward to my cleaning even though I hate the scraping. Update: had my cleaning today. Was absolutely fantastic. They were quick and focused. But still had some time to talk and explain what was going on. I felt like she had taken a vested interest in making sure I left with a great smile and that I was set k. The right path to better oral health. Can’t wait to head on back for my next cleaning thank you!!!!
