Jessica and Kristi made me comfortable and informed throughout the procedures. Megan worked her magic getting me in promptly. I cant thank you all enough !!!!

Everyone I spoke to was so helpful and really listened to my concerns. I went in there, not smiling because of a front tooth issue, and left smiling and so incredibly happy! It is clearly evident they are professional and highly skilled. They do amazing dental work and clearly care about their patients. I was helped by an absolutely wonderful woman (shout out Sarah Jane) and the Dr was quick, precise and professional to remove a wisdom tooth that was giving me trouble. I dont see how anybody could vote less than 5 Stars for Olympia Dental Group (unless that person is a huge pain in the assss) Fantastic staff. Very clean facility. Very professional doctor. Will be back in a non urgent capacity. Thank you all again!

M S: am leaving an unfavorable review of Dr. Nguyen and his 101 Dental Office due to a deeply disappointing experience. During my procedure, Dr. Nguyen neglected to follow through, leaving my treatment incomplete for three months. This oversight allowed my jaw to fully heal, necessitating a second oral surgery. When the office finally contacted me, they acted as though nothing was wrong, offering no apology or acknowledgment of their error. While I believe Dr. Nguyen is a skilled and honest dentist, his attention to detail, bedside manner, and professionalism were severely lacking in this instance. I urge caution to anyone considering treatment at this office.

My husband went in for x-rays recently and the dentist (will name in my next review) told us he had cavities and need braces and teeth pulled, etc AND scolded him as if he was a child demanding him to come in every couple months for cleanings. Who the hell speaks like that to patients? We went to 2 other dentists for second and third opinions who also took care of-rays and confirmed NO cavities, no teeth need to be pulled and braces at 35 years old is discretionary. This “dentist” or salesperson at Lemon Family Dental really lied to our faces and I can’t even believe this dentist is still employed and licensed! How Lemon Family Dental has this scammer working for them is beyond me but it’s unfortunate this ruining the practice and reputation.
