1 /5 Ricketa blackman: Do NOT take your car here unless you have money to throw away. This place is a scam! I brought my car in for an alternator issue, and Griffin told me hed "test" the alternator and battery to figure out the problem. The next day, he called and said both needed to be replaced, quoting me $2,500!
Thankfully, I didn’t fall for it. I took my car to Pinto Automotive instead, and guess what? They fixed the actual problem, just the alternator for $580. My battery was completely fine, and my car is now running perfectly.
Sadly, this wasn’t my first bad experience with them. Just two days before, I had taken my car to the Federal Way Bucky’s for a different issue and paid $1,500. Another job I probably could’ve had done for less at Pinto.
Bottom line: Stay away from this place. Be careful, everyone!
