5 /5 Alec Smith: After trying to do some work on my truck and it going sideways I called around to local mechanics…Bucky’s was the only one that could do same day. When I got there I was greeted by Sven. His customer service was excellent and explained everything to me while being extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is critical in todays service industry and Sven is doing a stellar job! Anthony and Michael did the repairs and got my truck back on the road same day! I’m super glad I came here and will be bringing my vehicles here from now on!

3 /5 Cecelia Wilbanks: The first time I had to tried to have service here the guy was super rude, and they sent me away. I bit the bullet I went in to give them a second chance, and when I asked how much the service would be for an AC recharge, the guy at the front counter was incredibly nice. I didn’t end up going with them, but not because of the price of the customer service, because my car was needing some other services done and ended up having to take it to the dealership. I’m not sure what the Discrepancy in customer service standards were. Although I do know that the time I talked to the really kind guy they were not busy so maybe that was the deal.

1 /5 Ricketa blackman: Do NOT take your car here unless you have money to throw away. This place is a scam! I brought my car in for an alternator issue, and Griffin told me hed "test" the alternator and battery to figure out the problem. The next day, he called and said both needed to be replaced, quoting me $2,500! Thankfully, I didn’t fall for it. I took my car to Pinto Automotive instead, and guess what? They fixed the actual problem, just the alternator for $580. My battery was completely fine, and my car is now running perfectly. Sadly, this wasn’t my first bad experience with them. Just two days before, I had taken my car to the Federal Way Bucky’s for a different issue and paid $1,500. Another job I probably could’ve had done for less at Pinto. Bottom line: Stay away from this place. Be careful, everyone!

1 /5 Ty: $1400 for this crap... Anyone know any good attorneys??? CROOKS ALERT CROOKS ALERT! My wife had taken her car there for a brake job. Was at work, after she got the car back she gave me the invoice, to my shock they replaced the back brakes but not the front. They said they did a battery check $50 dollar charge that was not done, the terminals were still corroded, the airfilter was changed but they left dirt and leaves and peanut clshells in the airfilter box. I called the shop and spoke to Damian and said this was unacceptable and I want a refund. He then gave me corporates number so I called them and as Im on the phone with corporate I decided to check the oil as they said it was changed and was charged for it. The oil was completely black and not changed period. 1400 dollars later I still havent received a refund for the poor service. The excuse was the technician probably forgot to doit. I will never have them touch anything of mine or friends or family again. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM BUCKYS AUTO.... I EVEN TOOK PICTURES AND A VIDEO AND SENT IT IN FOR PROOF!!!!!!!!!!!.

5 /5 Kelsey Backer: Had my car towed in and Griffin and Bryce were extremely helpful! Bryce even stayed 10 minutes past closing as I was stuck in traffic on my way to pick up the car. They were honest and completely transparent with pricing and what they were finding during diagnostics. 100% recommend
