anita moscoso From the second I dropped my Jeep off for repairs, Cornforth let me know via text what stages they were in the work. It was repaired within the estimated time frame and they did GREAT clean up work. Ive included three pictures before and after. The colors are off because of the lighting, but it IS the same vehicle I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

Roman Segura Excellent customer service! The entire process from drop off to delivery was as good as it gets. The team was professional and consistently sent updates on my vehicle. The finished product was spot on as well. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

Alec Smith After trying to do some work on my truck and it going sideways I called around to local mechanics…Bucky’s was the only one that could do same day. When I got there I was greeted by Sven. His customer service was excellent and explained everything to me while being extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is critical in todays service industry and Sven is doing a stellar job! Anthony and Michael did the repairs and got my truck back on the road same day! I’m super glad I came here and will be bringing my vehicles here from now on!

Cecelia Wilbanks The first time I had to tried to have service here the guy was super rude, and they sent me away. I bit the bullet I went in to give them a second chance, and when I asked how much the service would be for an AC recharge, the guy at the front counter was incredibly nice. I didn’t end up going with them, but not because of the price of the customer service, because my car was needing some other services done and ended up having to take it to the dealership. I’m not sure what the Discrepancy in customer service standards were. Although I do know that the time I talked to the really kind guy they were not busy so maybe that was the deal.

Matthiesen James “Jim” Richard is about the most honest, patient person I have met. As someone who worked on cars most of their lives, tho not a mechanic(my dad had to tell me what needed done) it was hard to just turn my car over but it needed done right. Along comes Kurt. Not as patient but his quiet honest nature and straight forward answers will put anyone at ease. Doesnt try to impress by using car jargon that most people would have to accept cuz they didnt understand. Answers you and leaves it at that... Honesty lets a person know they are in good hands.. Raymond Ahedo After facing a transmission issue with my truck and receiving an exorbitant quote from the dealership, my search for a reliable and reasonably priced service led me to AAMCO Transmission & Total Care. The need for a trustworthy and efficient repair service was crucial, especially with an upcoming move and a tight deadline to meet. The dealerships quote was staggeringly high, $10K over what my insurance would cover. In my quest for alternatives, I contacted several other shops, only to be met with rudeness and apparent disinterest, especially in dealing with insurance matters. Gin Busch Amazing Customer Service and Fair Prices!!! Joey was outstanding helping me after my tire blew out on the highway and I learned it had to be replaced. It was almost time to replace my tires anyway so I decided to get all 4 replaced. Joey recommended the Nokian Outpost nAT, a tire he said was better quality at a lower price than the other one I was considering. He said he loved them from personal experience since he has them on 2 of his own vehicles. I did some independent research and went with his recommendation. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to riding these new tires for a long time. It is rare that a business recommends a higher quality product while at the same time being concerned with saving me money. I am impressed by Joey’s outstanding advice and excellent customer service. The other employees were wonderful too. I dropped off my truck and it was ready within a few hours. Overall a surprisingly excellent experience. Thanks guys!

Jerry Casey I visited SEA TAC Tire & Auto Tech for a diagnosis of engine noise issues in my vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating due to a lack of upfront communication about their service limitations. What Happened: After paying $180 for a diagnostic service, I was informed that my car needed engine work involving rod bearing or main bearing issues, requiring engine removal. Only then did the mechanic tell me that they don’t perform engine replacements at their location. This meant I was stuck with the diagnosis fee and had to seek another shop for both a second diagnosis and the actual repair work. The Problem: The main issue here is transparency. If the shop had informed me upfront that they don’t handle engine replacements, I would have chosen a different facility that could complete the entire job. Instead, I’m now out $180 and still need to find another shop that can handle comprehensive engine work. Customer Service Concerns: Melissa at the front counter should have asked about the nature of my car troubles and informed me of their service limitations before I committed to the diagnostic fee. This would have saved both of us time and prevented customer dissatisfaction.

James Stroud After getting multiple quotes for a engine swap I decided to go with these guys being the lowest price, nick is the guy there to ask all your dumb questions! He’s been nothing but considerate and professional! Understanding the hard time I was going through and all the money I spent. I’d definitely come back here for anything and everything! They did my engine swap in two days! and my car with all the aftermarket stuff I have on it works like new again !!! I have always had troubles with multiple auto shops but this one definitely changed my view on them ! Thank you Nick and the rest of you at the shop !

Nicole Sainz We absolutely love The Car Clinic! We have been there multiple times over the past couple years and they have always taken great care of us. They have top notch customer service and work with integrity. Our vehicle recently completely stalled out on us, we brought it in and they diagnosed the issue quickly. And before telling us our engine was toast they called the local Kia dealership, and verified with our VIN that the issue was covered under their extended warranty (to be honest we didn’t even know we applied for that). They didn’t have to take all those extra steps but they did. An untrustworthy mechanic could have completely taken advantage of the situation. Our cars are getting older, and as long as we have them we will continue to take them here.

Jeb Martin My serpentine belt broke while driving down the road and I ended up landed in Express autos parking lot. Danny helped me out and blew me away with his kindness. They took my car right away and got it fixed in less than 20 minutes without me needing to pay out of pocket. This was a group of honest guys that were happy to help out. I will without a doubt take all my future business to these guys and I would encourage others to do the same if they are looking for a great shop that does great work. dray don’t come to this shop they got oil all over my engine messed my engine up and didnt fix anything made a bigger problem for me and mess for me and is not willing to pay for the mess he made and didn’t fix my vehicle and said he’s not willing to fix it

Mr. Tim Moore I chose to contact this shop because of the reviews that said they were honest and fair. I had done some research on possible reasons why my Grand Caravans door wasnt opening. I took it in full expecting to need to replace an expensive part. When I asked how much that would cost, they quoted a good amount of money but did their inspection first just tonmake sure. They knew I was willing to pay for the more expensive fix but called me back saying that the door just needed some lubrication and that they did it during the inspection and everything was fine. I only paid the inspection fee! The fact that they stuck with just what was needed and saved me quite a bit of money has made me a return customer. This shop is honest and not just out to make a buck. That isnt very common these days. I highly recommend them.

Marissa Atkinson I couldn’t say enough good things about this place ! I’m new to the area and finding a trustworthy mechanic can be a challenge but thankfully river city was recommended to me by a friend. Originally I came in for an oil change and inspection but as suspected I needed maintenance on a few other things. The entire staff is kind, friendly and strong with communication; I was getting updates on a frequent basis. They even call a few days after to make sure all is running good! Like I said this place is a gem and I feel blessed to call them my mechanics :)

Gunnar Clovis Cons: I had to wait about 30 min. longer than my appointment to be serviced. There was no receptionist or proper waiting room. It could use more effective signage to avoid parking in some ladys space and getting yelled at. Pros: They finished earlier than they said it would take. The staff was incredibly friendly. They charged for 1.5 hours of labor when they had my car for 3 hours. Overall, I enjoyed my experience (at least to the point one enjoys going to the auto repair place) and would recommend the location and will certainly return the next time my vehicle requires maintenance. The above six points are extremely glossy (in the sense that they are glossing over the topics) and all arguable faults regarding my experience were completely understandable and forgivable. Valley Ave Auto Repair, while the owner does have other locations, is not a chain place of business. It is not neat or clean, nor does it have that sterile corporate clone-stamp feel. Its not professional or polished, but it doesnt have to be. Valley Ave Auto Repair feels like its run by a bunch of friendly guys. Theyre nice and know their stuff and (while they may be slightly understaffed at times; they were quite busy [relatively] and my delayed in being attended to was understandable), but most importantly they get the job done, and at the end of the day thats all that matters. The owner is very nice (and talkative!), with lots of ideas and things to share. I recommend Valley Ave Auto Repair to anyone who needs it.

Sabino Quintero I took my old vehicle here because she needed some love and care, it was having a lot of small issues that were enough to bother me and want to take it to a mechanic. Im quite glad I brought it here because not only was the owner kind and honest, he walked me through everything and in great detail. Any adjustment or fix he would make to my car, he would explain exactly why hes doing it and what benefits it might pose for my vehicle. Ive been to places like Jiffy Lube where they tell you they want to replace a bunch of things on your car because its "recommended" when in reality they just want you to dump more money into the car so they profit. The owner of this shop does nothing of that sort, I was quite surprised how affordable this shop was. I have a mechanical eye and he was able to catch issues that I didnt even know of. Im very pleased with the service that the owner of this shop provided for me, I havent had a single issue since my initial visit. I most certainly recommend them and trust them over anyone else.

Morgan Utley I just had a wonderful experience at Westons auto repair and was surprised by the care and customer service of Danny. The man who worked on my car came in to report to me the things they helped fix and gave me such a great price. I was shocked to find out that man was the owner, Mike Doughty! I also loved to learn they are a family operated Christian business as well. I will definitely be coming here for all my vehicle needs going forward.

They have payment plans and options for loaner cars, she made sure I got all the best prices possible while providing amazing customer service and communication. She gave me a breakdown of everything going on with my vehicle and being fully transparent. I’m normally super nervous, and they made it easy to understand the issues with my car, the next steps and repairs I’ll need soon without ripping me off into getting them now. If you need a reliable, honest and trustworthy mechanic I absolutely recommend easy street auto☺️

Alfredo Gomez Larry was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We took our 2014 Jeep Cherokee and he instantly knew what the issue was. He fixed it quickly and did not overcharge. He definitely earned my business for all of my vehicles. I highly recommend them if you are in need of any auto repairs!

David Martin WA-Tacoma We had never used this shop before but they were able to get us in right away. My son took his car in because it was overheating and idling rough. Right before we took it in we swapped out the thermostat at home. The shop test drove our vehicle extensively (almost 100 miles) which was fine with us. They could not get it to overheat and they guess that swapping out the thermostat solved the problem. They ran a full diagnostic and told us the car was fine. The handed us back the keys and told us to have a good day and didnt charge us a dime. The best customer service Ive ever experienced and a quality shop that seems to love to do good work without overcharging their customers. I have 10 people in my family and we will all be bringing our vehicles here in the future.
