3 /5 Felicia D: Doing an experiment and trying out all the salons here in dupont, so far this one would be my 2nd choice, they are open Sundays which was convenient but a little bit of a rushed atmosphere...nails are good....and cleaning could be kept up better.

5 /5 E Aunger: I really like this place! I went all out and they were all for it. She was accommodating to me even though they were really busy. I’ve been here before this visit and they were also awesome. Great price for using 4 colors, $30. Also, they have really cool color changing nail polish as well. However, since they were busy they didn’t do the finishing touches on the nails like the usually do but it’s okay, I can probably do that myself! Anyway, overall great experiences here and I will definitely be coming here regularly.

3 /5 aisha moody: Usually good but this time not. My cousin and I both got pedicures and she got a nail polish change and I got a fill. I MADE a 12 noon appointment to avoid crowdiness. Two people worked on my cousin at the same time. One did the polish change and one did her pedicure while I got my fill which took a total of 20 minutes. Did I mention there was no one in the salon so why the rush. She didn’t even get her feet to soak. I didn’t even get my feet to soak this time either. It was just a rush job and u can tell by my nails. I will go somewhere else to get them polished. I won’t Come here again for a pedicure and I will make an appointment with the person I want specifically for my nails. Nails are normally good but I got a new person.

5 /5 Emily A: This salon did a great job for a reasonable price. I got acrylic nails with gel polish. Kim was fast, but efficient. She asked for feedback about nail shape, length, etc throughout the manicure which i appreciated because at other salons they just rush through it and assume that they did what you wanted - communication is everything. I will be coming back!

Theyre rated lower but the quality of the look is fantastic compared to what I saw on the other 2 shops in dupont. 4 stars only because the lady I got didnt even try to look for a simple pink clear or offer at least a pink acrylic nor did she talk but its ok they were packed.

I had not had my hair professionally done in years and I was incredibly anxious about going in with severely damaged hair. Im talking breaking off, fried hair. It was in such a sad state, my confidence was shot. After the full treatment with Bettie and her expertise she was like my fairy godmother and I walked out with a totally new head of hair. She is absolutely amazing. She listened to my concerns, she gave me so much helpful advice and she transformed my hair. I still cant believe this is my hair! Bettie made the experience so comfortable, I truly enjoyed it and wont hesitate going back in soon. I wish I could give her 10 stars!

My hair has gotten so much healthier since I started going to Bailey. Today I got a pedicure and it was magical. Once again Bailey did all the extras, leaving me feeling super relaxed and with cute tootsies! She had a hot cocoa waiting for me and an electric warmer for my neck and shoulders. From the beginning to the end it was pure luxury.

Kristina Ellis: I’m not one to leave negative reviews but I have never felt so disrespected and upset about a service in my life. This was not my first time getting acrylics at MV Nails so I was excited to pamper myself before a vacation. I had a pedicure that was great, but the service I got from the nail tech for a fresh set of acrylics was atrocious. From the start she treated me as if I was inconveniencing her time. Then when I asked for her to go a bit shorter she gave me a hard time and told me she would file them down later which she didn’t. She pulled and pushed my hands around aggressively and would tap me with her file anytime my finger wouldn’t be perfectly relaxed. She took 30 minutes longer than the person who started at the same time next to me and my nails turned out awful. They are wide and lumpy and she didn’t file underneath correctly. To top it all off when I went to pay I gave her a $10 tip and she looked confused and took my receipt to her coworkers to shame me about while I was waiting to be told I could leave.

I found nails for you and read through their reviews and decided to give them a try. WOW! I wish I had found them sooner. They weren’t making small talk to us at all not sure if it were the tattoos my friend and I had all on our arms.. but whatever it was It was not professional. My friend understands Vietnamese more than she speaks it. “They’re hands aren’t pretty at all” “why do they want the same nail shape” “they look like trouble don’t they” is exactly what my friend understood from that lady. Don’t go here if you have tattoos, have dark hair and look like trouble.
