5 /5 Edith Medrano: From the time I walked in, with greetings. Staff was friendly & caring. As I was called to the back room young lady was very courteous gentle tone in voice, made me feel calm. Explained & preped me for procedure. Dr came in & before I knew it, it was over, I believe it was a smooth procedure. The only 1 problem I didnt get a follow-up call the next day. Thank God I had no problems. Thank you to Dr & staff.

Rae Williams: Referred for a root canal on a dead tooth and to make sure I had no fractures. After doing some sort of dental MRI, I was told I needed two root canals because I had an abscess in another tooth that I wasnt having any issues with. I was told I would be given an estimate after my insurance was contracted and before my appointment that I would pay at the time of the appointment. The quote was a little more than I could afford going into the holiday season and I almost delayed the work because I wasnt having issues, but I bit the bullet and used a credit card. I felt that they did a very thorough job with the root canals and only felt discomfort due to my TMJ, so I thought it went well. I ended up with a black and blue bruise on my face for a couple of weeks that was very painful and I was billed a month later for an additional 250% of what I already paid on my credit card, that I most definitely can not afford and would have delayed the work and sought treatment elsewhere had I known the total cost beforehand. I will never use this service again. I assume the root canals are good, but I dont know for certain yet, as I can not afford to go to my dentist to complete the buildups and crown until January.
