1 /5 Taylor Pugh: Charleston cutshop never confirmed my appointment, and then sent me an angry text saying that I no called and no showed.
They never confirmed it, so I never received a text or an email. When I explained to them that I never received a confirmation message to my phone or email, they just kept responding "Yes you did"
Unprofessional, they dont do things properly on their end and then take it out on the customer.
Edit: And again in their reply they lie. I did not confirm I was going to be there, the notification I mentioned was the pop up Window on Vagaro. I sent them my emails, and they still insist I received them even though I never got a confirmation. Both of my appointments I have tried to book through them had always shown the status "Awaiting Confirmation"
