Allese Berry: I am throughly upset that I paid $82 plus tip for the worst set of nails Ive seen. She hurt my daughter and as you can see, she has the audacity to say that my daughter is a "bleeder". Her finger was sore and hurt for over a week. Maybe dont cut into your clients flesh and they wont bleed as bad. She really hurt her cuticle on one of her nails to the point it wouldnt stop bleeding. The nails themselves popped off twice on the first day. I have to say she did fix the nails that came off but if you look at the pictures, the nails were thick and not smooth. She does not do acrylic properly. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I am very upset by the response the owner gave. No. My daughter did not like the nails. They were thick, didnt cover the entire nail, and kept popping off. She finally gave up after they popped off yet again. I have never seen nails done so poorly.

Gabriella Van Corbach: Very Disappointed. DO NOT let Laura anywhere near your hair. For a “professional” hairdresser with 19 years of experience, what she did was NOT okay. Laura was suppose to give my 4 year old a handsome haircut but she completely botched his hair and turned one of his most favorite things to do into a terrible experience leaving my son feeling uncomfortable during the hair cutting interaction. - LAURA PUSHED MY SONS (4yo) HEAD DOWN Instead of using her words to communicate. - LAURA ACTIVELY CUT HIS HAIR WHILE LOOKING AWAY - Left him in the chair midway to ring up another client who was displeased with her disabled husbands haircut which ended with Laura stating it’s the clients body that makes the haircut look poor. - LAURA MADE INAPPROPRIATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMMENTS She told my 4 year old son “you have a HAIRY neck” and when she tried getting away with not trimming the top of the head, I told her I still wanted the top trimmed and she responded with, “Well we tried” and seemed annoyed that I wanted an actual haircut for my son. - LEFT BALD SPOTS The finished cut was worse than a 10 year old taking a try at cutting his brothers hair for the first time. The back was uneven, the top was a mess.. uneven as well. The right side of the top/bangs was LONGER than the middle of the bangs and the left side of the top/bangs were SHORTER than the middle leaving it looking funny and somewhat intentional. The BACK?! The back she knicked two different bald spots which definitely looks the worse out of her Three areas of mess ups. Maybe after 19 years it’s time to retire or change careers because it’s just UNBELIEVABLE.
