4 /5 Lonnie DelVillar: A crown that I had placed a few years back by a different provider came loose and finally off a few weeks ago. I had gone to another local dental provider earlier in the day and was shocked by the estimate they gave me to replaced the crown.
I called Confluence dental and told them what had happened and that I was concerned about the price since it appeared that all the under build-up was intact.
The office manager said I could make an appointment or since I was still in town, I could swing by as Dr. Chen had some time in his schedule. So, I did stop in to the office, he took a quick look and his office is currently working out a detailed estimate and contacting my insurance for a pre-approval. Dr. Chen says I got lucky and that it does not appear that I need the build-up which may save me some money.
I appreciate Cobfluence Dental for their professionalism and availability to help me with this somewhat urgent dental problem.
