5 /5 Jennifer Garrison: I dont know what happened with these other bad reviews but I have been nothing but pleased with Kim Poole she has gone above and beyond to aid and assist with any needs my boys may have.

1 /5 Breanna Beeton: Nothing nice to say. Drs are always on holiday or cant take patients for weeks or months out and when they can see you, you are a number and their knowledge is limited. Moses lake healthcare is no better then third world countries.

1 /5 Megan Donnelly: New in town and was looking for a pediatrician for my two kids. Scheduled a wellness check for them at the same time. My daughter started saying she had a stomachache an hour before our appointment. After the nurses did all the intake questions it was discovered my oldest had a fever. Another nurse came and and told me we had to level because my child had a fever. They are “not allowing anyone with fevers in the office.” Then I was promptly escorted to the back door. The nurse also acted super annoyed at me for having dared to bring a sick child into their office. Not sure why I would establish care with a pediatrician who won’t see your kid when they are sick. Guess I’m just used to a higher standard of care.

1 /5 Hannah Phillips: My boys have had a cough for several weeks and they’ve been in and out of Samaritan urgent care trying to get it figured out. They tell me to follow up with their PCP at Samaritan Peds. Every time I call their PCP they tell me that there is a new pediatrician and they will not see sick patients. WHY ARE YOU A DOCTOR IF YOU CAN’T SEE SICK PATIENTS?????!!!!! They don’t have a fever or anything, just a horrible cough that needs to be resolved. The only reason I’m giving one star is because the nurse, Amanda is amazing and super helpful.

1 /5 Megan Ellis: If I could give them 0 stars I would. The most inconsiderate, unprofessional and unreliable pediatric clinic I’ve been to. Our kids deserve better! Find better people
