5 /5 Susan Johnson: Had my adult son in ER on a Friday afternoon/evening with prognosis of pneumonia. He received a breathing treatment and chest X-ray and he was checked on and kept up to date by PA twice. All of the staff was polite and kind. He received antibiotics to start and prescription. Less than 5 hours on a Friday. Was great experience.

1 /5 Eileen G: A friend dropped my husband off at the ER. He forgot his phone so I called to ask the ER if he would be able to call me to let me know if he would be coming home, etc. I got 2 words out and the male who answered said that he just walked in the door and to call back in 30 minutes and hung up on me. He had actually been there for 30 minutes. I waited almost an hour to call back.a woman answered this time. I got 2 or three words of question out when she answered a question, but not my question. I got another 3 words out and she did the same thing in that pretend polite voice that everyone knows is phony and she hung up. Since when do they answer the phone but not allow u to ask a one sentence question? Rude and inept.

1 /5 Nancy Morin: The persons who are supposed to be TEAM MEMBERS (nursing people) SUPPORTING the ER PHYSICIANS and patients are absolute failures. Guessing the nursing staff in ER watch a lot of TV DRAMA HOSPITAL SHOWS as a training tool. They are always in some sort of drama play with no time in treating patients. Very dangerous and pathetic, dysfunctional nurses and nursing admins. Honestly, the physicians do their best to WORK AROUND their failed nurses. There is no way the unqualified nurses should be on the payroll and absolutely NO REASON THE FEDERAL GOVT should continue founding. Physiciansare great andcwould do better with a replaced nursing staff of, screening nurses, psych evaluations. Through direct evaluations and recording of poor performance. Dismissed! have been

1 /5 Bert Washburn: Visited thus ER today. I can say without reservation that this ER is the absolute worst ER I have ever visited. HIPAA compliance is non existent. This was like stepping back 50 years in time. Clerks were rude and unprofessional. Wait times were seven plus hours. Protected personal information was openly discussed in the presence of other patients. Wait times are unacceptable as well. I would not take my pets back to this hospital for care. This ER is a total joke not to mention a huge HIPAA violation. I guess its time to report this ER.
