5 /5 Jeannie M: Nobody wants to go to an Emergency Department. But if the service is necessary this is a great place to go. Its small but it was incredibly efficient. I was handed-off to the appropriate departments and care providers throughout my stay with speed and caring. I spent the time between seeing the care providers in the waiting room ... which was fantastic because it meant I wasnt occupying a stretcher that could be used for someone who was in worse shape than me. WELL DONE!

1 /5 Kara Hartman: One of the worst experiences. Went into the ER with pelvic pain and the night shift took me seriously but took 2 hours to get me even a minor pain medication. The day dr came in and didn’t even know what had already been done for my care. They gave me an antibiotic and didn’t tell me what and nothing was noted on my discharge paperwork. The nurse came in and told me to call my PCP and that I was being discharged. Didn’t tell me my test results, discharged me so fast they had to scramble to get me a dr’s not to go back to work (while half the ER stood around talking about hitting deer with their cars, including the dr). The dr never came to discuss even what they thought was wrong and my discharge paperwork had NOTHING, not even what had been done while I was there. I literally had to go to a different ER because this one gave me no answers, just ran some tests then kicked me out. 4 hours of my life wasted, I wish I had never gone to this ER.

1 /5 Jessikah Wakefield: Never have a good experience here anymore. Not only are the wait times insane, the staff is rude and abrasive especially during the night shift. My teen daughter and I watched as a 80+ year old woman was left in waiting room on gurney. She kept pleading with the nurse that she "couldnt move much" and the next thing we know the nurse has a hold of this poor woman by the sides of her pants and is full on yanking her out into a wheelchair as the woman is screaming in pain. It made us so uncomfortable. We left shortly after and didnt even worry about getting results. This is one of many visits over the years; I no longer waste my time. We bypass Grays Harbor and go straight to Summit or St Peters of Oly. Dont go here unless you have no other choice.

5 /5 Sherry Welding: Usually im terrified beyond belief but not the case here. Everyone,everyone, has been so great to me. They take time to hear you and honestly listen and explain whats going on. Truely wonderful,staff, doctors and nurses!!
