reba meriwood: Dermatology doctor was 20 mins late for a 15 min appt. This is after receiving a notice that if I was 5 mins late my appointment would be cancelled and charged. He did not mention or acknowledge lateness. He didn’t explain the treatment and what I could expect during and after. He did not build rapport. I had no idea what to expect. The procedure was extremely painful and doctor was rough, rushed, and flippant with my discomfort. I was not informed the procedure would leave visible scabs on my face for a week until the procedure was complete. Do not recommend

Nicolaus Finney: If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiance is staying here. They have a lot of food allergies and this place cannot get it right. They keep getting plates full of foods theyre allergic to or just not getting food at all. This is AFTER this place said they can accommodate food allergies. Now I get to hear that the nurses at Unit 5WB think its acceptable to manhandle and drag around patients for having a seizure and then reprimanding them for "laying on the floor". The nurses here are hacks and this is a joke of a hospital.

Dr Bird is top notch physician, who cares about his patients and expert when it comes to oxygen therapy , science and data, recommended dose of treatments, and provide customized treatment. He took an hour with me during consult to explain everything and what to expect during my treatments . Sandy is amazing and checks your vitals, and knows so much. If you had a surgery or have an upcoming one - please try this! Nothing will ever surpass this experience .

Taylor Beeninga: Dr. Thomas delivered our daughter in 2019 and was such a pleasure to work with. She has incredible bedside manner and helped explain everything to us in a way that helped us stay calm and relaxed (at least as calm and relaxed as you can be during labor)! She answered all of our questions, walked us through options, and when a decision needed to be made (and quickly), she was awesome at telling us what we needed to do and why. We cant thank Dr. Thomas enough and absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone!

KR: We reside in Alaska. Our local neurologist referred our son to Swedish Epilepsy Center for video EEG not available in our state. We Googled Swedish Center alarmed at the lowly 2.5 star review status. Voicing our concerns, our established specialist, Dr. Tasha Powell offered glowing first person interactions with staff and care teams at Swedish Epilepsy Center. She stated she has had great feedback from patients who have visited Swedish Epilepsy as well as testified to their doctors excellence in communication with her. We were preparing a schedule, expecting we would have to routinely contact Swedish office to actually get to speak to a real person after reading reviews here. SHAME ON YOU WHO HAVE MISLEAD THOSE IN NEED. Within 24 hours we were contacted by incredibly friendly receptionist, who expertly informed of process and procedures. And made an appointment that is best for us. The team at Swedish Epilepsy Center are outstanding. A magnificent first introduction. There will be considerable arrangements needed when traveling for video EEG, due to our residential location. We feel absolutely confident in making the investment of time and resources visiting here.

Philip: I had a challenging experience with the WPHP. They did not work with my insurance, which created significant financial barriers. I was required to undergo multiple evaluations and tests that I found expensive and difficult to afford. For example, I was referred for an assessment costing $4,000–$6,000, which required out-of-state travel. Additionally, the ongoing costs of monitoring, including weekly drug tests, totaled thousands of dollars annually, all out-of-pocket. When I expressed financial concerns, I felt the options offered were limited and insufficient to address my situation. While I applied for financial aid, the process did not result in meaningful assistance that made their recommendations feasible for me. I was referred to WPHP for professionalism concerns, not substance use, yet I was required to undergo drug testing during the intake process. This felt misaligned with my situation, and the recommended providers for evaluations were outside my insurance network, adding further costs. Overall, I struggled with the lack of alternative options and the financial strain imposed by their recommendations. This review reflects my personal experience and may not apply to others. I encourage anyone engaging with the WPHP to carefully evaluate the financial and logistical implications beforehand.

So either she is not skilled or doesnt believe she has an obligation to provide medical services that she objects to. Either way, if you are a woman, Id suggest finding another doctor.
