I was handed-off to the appropriate departments and care providers throughout my stay with speed and caring. I spent the time between seeing the care providers in the waiting room ... which was fantastic because it meant I wasnt occupying a stretcher that could be used for someone who was in worse shape than me. Kassandra Markishtum: My son had been in and out of other ER/Urgent care while he was severely sick with the Flu, as well as myself. We decided to try prompt care, a little wait as we got there mid morning but it really wasnt a bad wait the Staff were amazing from the Check in, Nursing Staff and the Physician Rachel took amazing care of us first place that offered any type of preventative medication to help symptoms. We also received a follow up call to check on an ear infection update. We appreciated Prompt Care and will return.
