1 /5 Bridget M: “Prompt care” with a three-hour wait and no weekend hours. This was my first visit, and the receptionist didn’t even greet me, just rudely said, “Grab a number and take a seat.” Forced to wait in a lobby full of coughing and other sick people.
I called the diagnostic imaging center, and the woman answering the phone refused to let me talk to the radiologist to go over my X-ray results. She said I needed to call prompt care. I called them, and they said I needed to call the diagnostic imaging center. What an absolute mess.
I have since moved, thankfully, and will not be back. Treat your patients with more respect!
