5 /5 Tucker Brayer: Couldnt be more happy with the doctor I have. Compared to my previous one from another clinic, Julie Day is by far the best doctor Ive had. Listens and actually discusses options, and her nurse is terrific as well.

1 /5 Natasha Lenza: I have to say it is one of the worst doctors offices to deal with. Long wait times, grumpy office workers, hard to make an appointment and they will drop you with out warnings if you dont go in after a year. And you dont know you dont have a doctor anymore until you call to make an appointment. When I asked why they didnt warn my husband they were going to drop him as a patient the lady informed me they have so many patients they dont have time to warn people when there going to drop them for not being seen enough. The office is Managed very poorly. Awful customer service..

1 /5 Terry Smith: If I could give less I would. My husband is a patient. He saw his provider on Tuesday. They acknowledged his swelling and assured him they would have lab results back and prescribe him something by Friday. He has left his number on the auto call back several times beginning at 11am...and waited on hold for over 20 minutes UNTIL THEY CLOSED. His lab results are back and show areas of severe concern and confirm his need for care and medication. They are terrible at returning calls and follow through. Find a better office for your health concerns.

1 /5 Rick Moore: I was removed for staying healthy. Once I finally needed to be seen I contacted Family Medicine in January of 2024. They told me they would get back to me and send paperwork to establish me as a new patient. I eventually got healthy, however I never received any paperwork and never got a call back. I tried again in April for a check up and was told that they would send me paper work. 3 weeks went by and nothing. Called back in May and they said that they dont mail things out like that [totally lied too]. They told me they would find out and call me at the end of the day. Obviously they did not so I called back to see if I could schedule an appointment or not and got a different story again. Last 3 times I have been on the phone with them, I had to wait 20-30 minutes at least to get them to pick up the phone and when they finally did, they were rude and snarky.

1 /5 rhoda cormier: Not only is their receptionist service horrible, ridiculously slow, completely non accommodating but today some brown haired who obviously does not care about helping others told the girl who was supposed to be checking me in for appointment that because I was literally only 5 min late that I had to reschedule which then completely messed everything up. Not only did I not get my diabetes evaluation that I needed but now have no desire to return whatsoever. Lets hope they dont leave the next diabetes person in lurch- ridiculous unprofessionally.
