The receptionist was incredibly dismissive, and told me that they don’t do prescription refills; which was a lie. When I told her that I’d been there last month, she said “Oh well we only do that once per person”, which I informed her was also false because Rachel, the doctor who had seen me last at this location, told me and notated that I should come back this month if I was unable to get my medications. The receptionist then asked if I had an appointment set with my primary care physician, which I hadn’t because they simply had not gotten back to me about setting up an appointment. She used this as a chance to scoff at me and insist that I was irresponsible before saying “we can’t just keep giving you drugs, you can’t just come back here whenever you want.” As if I was drug seeking.
