1 /5 Isabella Martynyuk: The day before Easter I went in here to get my nails done, and it was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’m not quite sure the name of the lady who did my nails, I just know that she was the one taking phone calls and writing appointments down in a book that day as well as sitting at the table closest to the register. Therefore, I would assume she is one of the owners. it was the day before Easter and of course it was super super busy which I understand. But it should not take almost 3 hours for a soak off and a new set. I got there at 11:30 AM and didn’t leave until almost 2:30. The main lady who was doing my nails, invited over another lady to come put new tips on. The main lady also just kept stopping between each step to go take on a new client. I requested chrome on my thumb, pointer, and pinky finger and you can see in the picture below that was not done. I watched her take out the little jar of chrome powder and then she proceeded to put it away after she dumped a bunch of cuticle oil on my hands. I also requested a flower on my ring finger. As you can also see in this picture, the flower looks terrible. When I was paying, it cost $70 but, she said she would take $10 off just because I waited so long. At this point I was already angry at knew I wasn’t leaving a tip or coming back again. Worst $60 I’ve spent. Cheap $15 press Ons would’ve been better.
