Maria Reyes Took my daughter and her sister here for her birthday and we all got our nails done. Everything was fine other than my daughter was told they could do a design she wanted then when it came to it they had switched guys on her and then said they couldn’t do it. Overall they were polite and it was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, but that’s on me for not looking at how much everything would be. But I do love how my nails look!

Alicia Joy My mom booked an appointment for us to go here, and right when we walked in I showed the guy (Jack) who would be doing my nails my inspo pic that i would want. He made me feel like I was asking for too much. There is no design, gems, or extending length that would make this set highly difficult to do. I gave him another option to just do some sparkle dip on my index and ring finger to even make it easier on him. Another thing was, he told me to stop moving my hand so much though the reason my fingers were even “moving” were because he was being super rough while filing and using the drill tool. The next day, when i woke up my cuticles were puffy and itchy, either from the unsanitary tools they were using or an allergic reaction. This has never happened before, so I’m definitely not happy with my service that i got here. I recommend going to Crystal/Luna nails.

Kim George They are friendly, great with my 3 year old daughter and Ive loved my nails every time I go. My husband found them and loves their pedicures. Stacie Armstrong The first day my nails were done, there was a major gap between the cuticle and the nail. The nails were different lengths. I was the only customer because they were about to close for the night. I paid $60 + $10 tip. Today two of the nails just fell off like a press on set of nails. I will have my nails done somewhere else.

Rose Austin My appt was for 11:30 am. They put my feet in the water and left me there for 40 min.before anyone even started my Pedicure. Then they put me under the dryer and it blew dust all over my nails and had to have 2 of them redone. It took 4 hrs. for them to do a fill and a pedicure!! Also salon not very clean and shabby looking inside! Wont be back!!

Shelby Chen Was able to get an appointment exactly when I wanted it. They did an amazing job. For my manicure and pedicure. They have tons of options for colors (gel, regular, dip, acrylics). Got the exact colors I wanted. They do offer a free glass of wine with $30+ service. Enjoyed the whole time there with the message chairs and full foot treatment pedicure.

Not only does she provide me with excellent customer service, always offering champagne, coffee, or any drink I want, but she also follows all safety and sanitary measures. Natali finishes the job incredibly fast, and the nails look amazing!! What others take 3 hours to do, she does in just an hour and a half. I highly recommend this place, especially Natali – she is a rare find!

For nails they have a all options for fill, dip to shellac. It’s almost at the same price range like the other nail salons in the area

Isabella Martynyuk The day before Easter I went in here to get my nails done, and it was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’m not quite sure the name of the lady who did my nails, I just know that she was the one taking phone calls and writing appointments down in a book that day as well as sitting at the table closest to the register. Therefore, I would assume she is one of the owners. it was the day before Easter and of course it was super super busy which I understand. But it should not take almost 3 hours for a soak off and a new set. I got there at 11:30 AM and didn’t leave until almost 2:30. The main lady who was doing my nails, invited over another lady to come put new tips on. The main lady also just kept stopping between each step to go take on a new client. I requested chrome on my thumb, pointer, and pinky finger and you can see in the picture below that was not done. I watched her take out the little jar of chrome powder and then she proceeded to put it away after she dumped a bunch of cuticle oil on my hands. I also requested a flower on my ring finger. As you can also see in this picture, the flower looks terrible. When I was paying, it cost $70 but, she said she would take $10 off just because I waited so long. At this point I was already angry at knew I wasn’t leaving a tip or coming back again. Worst $60 I’ve spent. Cheap $15 press Ons would’ve been better.

kikigirl A Today marks exactly one week since I had my nails done at Anas place, and I want to share my honest review. It was my first visit, and while Ana is very nice and welcoming, I have to address some concerns. I paid $111 for a gel manicure and pedicure, and I expected exceptional work for that price. Unfortunately, I believe Ana needs to hire more professional nail artists. The person who did my pedicure did not seem like a trained professional. I dont want to spend my money on a service that looks like I could have done it myself. Ana mentioned that her gel manicures usually last longer, but after just a week, I noticed some of the polish is already peeling off. Overall, I have had better gel manicures and pedicures compared to this.

Madison Weldon Ive only ever had great experiences at Anas, and Ive been going there for years now to get my nails done! Ana is very accommodating. Your happiness = her happiness. Even if shes busy, she makes sure to give you individual attention. Ive brought my Mom, friends, and even my future Mother in Law to Anas. Everyone is always impressed by the price and quality. Plus if you ever run into an issue, just address it with Ana. Shell work with you. Ana also recently hired a new employee, Sandy, who is very talented! Sandy recently did my nails on 10/4 for spooky season, image attached.

Stephanie Martinez Everyone is very friendly and greets you by name when you walk in. The place is very clean and well kept. I’ve been seeing Rose and she’s exceeded my expectations every time. She’s meticulous in her work and takes her time to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. I usually go about 4-5 weeks between dip manicures and besides grow out, they look just as perfect as the day I left. They never lift or peel and her techniques keep my very brittle nails strong and they are the longest they’ve been in years. I highly recommend anyone there but Rose has quickly become my go to!

She is so sweet, takes her time, is extremely friendly, pays attention to the little details and does a flawless job each time. All the ladies are very nice and the shop just has a really calm and inviting atmosphere. Fye They overcharge for everything and cannot fulfill most new styles for nails. They charge 32 bucks for an eyebrow and lip wax… I have never spent that much on waxing but maybe prices have gone up without me knowing in general. They also always end up leaving wax in my hair. This time there was even a wax strip left!

Erika Grahn I love this place these ladies are so sweet. One night I came in 10 minz before closing hoping and praying they would fill my nails and they happily took me with no issues where most places tell you to come back tomorrow. They are quick, efficient, and so kind.

Nature Horrible do not come here so unprofessional they were rude to my sister and I. We both showed them a picture of what we wanted and they said oh yes we can do that. And when I told her this isn’t right she said no you don’t know I said that’s not right color or what I wanted. I said never mind I will choose a different color and she was rude whole time. And got product all over my cuticles and fingers so sloppy. I asked is she could fix it she said no do your own nails why you come here to get nails since you know how . I said I’m paying for a service I expect you to be kind and not argue. Bottom line they are unprofessional re use tools and they do not have a autoclave to clean. Do waste your money or time here. They yelled at me and my friend. And don’t listen and do horrible job. She even cut me and did not apologize. I asked for her owner she refused to get a hold of them.

Shawna Dowd Went with my best friend last thursday. the next day two of my nails just snapped off. for no reason. glued one back on. they are very lumpy. my friends nailed washed off in the shower and her sleep. lady doing friends nails cared more about her phone then doing the nails.

Patricia Giampietro They are the best!!!! It was my first time there and my amazing hairdresser told me about this place! I had Phil as my nail tech and he was wonderful, super gentle, and gave me the best pedicure and dip manicure I have had since leaving FL - which I had someone for the last 6.5 years. The price was very reasonable for all the service I got!! They def got a new client today!! :)

Savannah Fabroa I was charged $41 for this. The guy cut my cuticle and then asked out loud what happened. Sorry- YOU cut my cuticle and made it bleed. He missed one of my chipped nails and painted over it. My hands were already dry and he put acetone on my nails 3 times. He painted my nails and didn’t even put my hands under the UV lights. Shortly after he painted my nails- he pressed hard on several nails, leaving fingerprints and messing up my nails. He took the polish off. I had been there so long I didn’t have time to go through the process again. What started as taking off my dip nails turned into a nightmare. Now I have to go to a networking event with hundreds of people tomorrow with that manicure. And a bloody finger.

Mariam Greb Brought my mom here for gel manicures on a Sunday evening and they were able to get us in without appointments. $5 more than another place in the area but I think worth it (went to the other next time and quality wasnt as good). Sam did my nails and did such a great job. My nails are thin and currently chip easily so I asked that she preserve them, not buff too thin and she did just that. Unfortunately my next call, I found out she moved to Florida. Ill be back though to try another nail tech. Recommended.

As a master aesthetician, she has a deeper understanding of skin and customizes treatments to really make a difference. On top of that, she’s so professional and has the best energy, making every appointment such a great experience. I feel like she’s so underrated, and more people need to know about her! Tristyn Fish Natausha Tall is INCREDIBLE!! First time coming to this salon/ spa! Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the detail and decor of the whole space, its so cute and aesthetically pleasing! My facial with Natausha was phenomenal and I have never felt more relaxed and taken care of. As a mom with 2 young kids, its not often that I get to go do some extra "self care" and after my service, I will definitely be back to see her and I cannot recommend her enough!

Lea Metzner The nail tech showed up late, our appointment was at 4:45 and she came in around 5. The whole time she worked on our nails, she was standoffish and in a hurry. She pulled and twisted my fingers, which was super painful. When we finally left, I noticed the dip is OK, but theyre all uneven.

She is friendly, cares about people and is extremely knowledgeable from all her years working with the public. She will do whatever it takes for the best results possible.
