1 /5 Kaiti Sutton: If I could give them a negative 2,000 star I would. I got my nails done with my daughter on Saturday 7/13. While I was getting them done he was rushing so fast he was burning my nails. Then told me not to move because he didn’t have time for me to move even though he was hurting me. I got there at 10am. The only people in there was a pedicure, myself and my daughter. Then another customer came in and they stopped helping us to help the people with pedicures that came in after us. We got put on hold for almost an hour and a half. The 3rd girl that came in ended up leaving after almost 2 hours because they wouldn’t help her and she had plans and couldn’t wait any longer. By Monday 7/15 I had a chipped nail and my daughter had 2 nails pop off. I went back in Tuesday 7/16 to get them fixed and they told me I had to pay $7 each to fix them. So on top of the $134 I paid 3 days ago they said it’s not their fault and I have to pay an additional $21 after 3 days. They said even if it was 30 mins after I left they wouldn’t fix them. They said it’s not their problem. He screamed at me and refused to fix his horrible quality of work. He was the most disrespectful human I have ever met. Followed me into the parking lot screaming at me. I have never had a nail salon have such terrible quality, service and behavior. You should be able to have your nails last longer then 3 days without them popping off. He told me to never come back and trust me I NEVER will! Beware with this company. You will regret going here. I promise!
