5 /5 Candice Caplinger: Best nail salon I have been to in a long time. You need to make an appointment. Its about a 2 week wait. This is a 1 girl shop but worth the wait! Best in Skagit Valley hands down! I feel like Im sharing my secret! Salon is clean and so relaxing! I have been to almost every nail salon in Skagit and this is my favorite by far. The hand drawn designs are amazing!
