1 /5 Jamie Burciaga: She didnāt ask specifically what color I wanted, the design on my index is poor, the shape on every nail is off, one side is filed down more into a coffin shape then the other side of the nail, they are not equal length and when she was filing my nail she made my thumb bleed and went too far under my nail bed with the dremel. I asked her to fix my right index and the coat is thin you can see where she had to cover up the white. (Last picture will show what I wanted)
I brought my friend with me and she had a different person. Her nails were perfect other then a little bleeding on a letter but not totally noticeable
