1 /5 Charlotte Cheeks: They did the worst out of any one I’ve ever been to don’t listen to what to customers want do what they want and I told her I didn’t like 5 times still charged me 60 dollars..never again!!!! Im so mad.!!!!

1 /5 M G: I had a horrible experience on my most recent visit. It appeared the technician didnt like me from the minute I walked in. I tried to be cordial with her, however she was extremely irritated and bothered that she had to work on my nails.. When I told her that It hurt when she was trimming one of my nails she said " do you want your nails cut or not?". I no longer felt comfortable with her working on me and I told her to stop the pedicure. I of course paid for the entire pedicure. I have had a good experience on my previous two times with Hannah, another technician, and I was excited to come back. This was very disappointing and expensive as I had to pay again to get the pedicure done at another salon the same day.. I can only assume the technician did not like something about my appearance as I was nothing but nice.

1 /5 Ivane Franco: As you can see from my pictures, I was burnt from getting a wax done. It was very unfortunate and very painful. I sat through a new acrylic Nail set without knowing that she actually messed up my face because I never got to look into a mirror. I finished and paid, even tipped graciously but then once I got to my car I was able to see how awful my face looked. I was more upset that THEY SAW MY FACE AND STILL MADE ME PAY FULL PRICE INSTEAD OF TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY. Also got my nails done and the technician has no regard to the pain she was causing me when filing my nails on the sides. It is clear that the technicians weren’t trained properly. Never coming here again.

5 /5 Kat S: Super thorough pedicure and facial waxing. They went all out with the massage too, both for the pedi and the wax. For such a small salon, they really know how to compete to get my business back! Heather and Ann took great care of us.

The staff is incredibly accommodating and always go out of their way to make sure I’m comfortable. Their kindness and the quality of their work is consistently excellent. I always leave feeling pampered and satisfied with my nails. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service and beautiful results!
