1 /5 Kendra: If you want to hassle with getting your nails redone by another employee, this is the place to go. They have a lady working there that paints nails like a first grader. I wanted regular polish and they did gel (I’m not all that aware of different types of nail polish) now I am. They took advantage of making more money because I probably seemed confused. The lady doing my nails seemed to be having a difficult time seeing. As soon as more customers came in she rushed to finish my nails. Also, pretty sure they go from person to person with their tools without cleaning them. Worst place in Puyallup!

2 /5 Nicole Libby: I don’t typically write reviews, but I was pretty upset about the service that I received. I ordered the deluxe pedicure with regular nail polish. The technician that I had didn’t really talk to me, but she show me the dead skin that came off of my feet. I also didn’t choose the color that she gave me but I decided to keep it and see if I liked it. Then when I was done, she assured me that my nails were dry and when I got home, it appeared that they definitely weren’t and my Polish had rubbed off on to my socks.

But I got a classic and gel acrylic and it was $90 I’m not sure how they got that number but I was pissed. Also my toes aren’t even straight across there all crooked and have random sharp spots. Was going to get a manicure but opt. Not too

5 /5 Alexis Peloquin: New owner, currently offering 15% off services. But the Delux at $45 is well worth it. Trinh is amazing, she took her time, massage was amazing (not just a quick tap and done). A mimosa and a great chair all a girl can ask for on this Sunday. Highly recommend this place, clean, very nice and great atmosphere.

rachael meek: I have been trying to find a new nail place in Tacoma, and with all the high reviews I had high hopes for this place. The techs were very nice and my pedicure was great. But when you pay $105 for a basic pedi and dip nails I expected better quality. They also wanted to close early for Halloween and I felt rushed once finished and was not able to sit and let my toes dry. My nails are an absolute mess, specs of dust and black dots in them, color on tips of nails was filed down too much, uneven thickness and stuck to my skin. I will not be back.

Nichole Womack: This was my first visit as this salon, as I was meeting up with a friend. The reviews in this place had me confident enough to book an appointment for us. I’m not sure who everyone else used but we were both extremely let down by the three ladies who did ours. The two ( I did not get their names) who did my pedicure and the dip on my nails need some more training at least. The atmosphere and the people working there are extremely nice, my review is based upon work only. Starting with my pedicure. I injured my big toe years ago which broke my nail dang near in half. The healing fused my skin in the middle so I get build up there easily. I told the pedicurist that she couldn’t clip that nail but file only. She filed every nail instead of clipping. When I inquired about it she then told me “ every nail is like this” pointing to my big toe. I then told her “ no you can clip the rest like normal “ I get my toes done every month, so I know it can be done. She responded “ your toes to small to work with clippers” I let it go after that. She left a lot of my previous color on my toes and just painted over them. Basically paid for my feet to be washed and painted. Now for my dip, I requested at the start for my nails to be soaking before I sat for my dip. I know some salons apparently like to grind everything off and my nail beds are sore after that. So I like to soak in the foil and acetone while I get my toes done so that all the dip powder slides off when it’s time. Not this time.. they foiled wrapped like normal, but she was in just a rush that she came back over several times removed the foil and filed away. Needless to say by the time I made it to her table I’m already upset over my toes and the fact that the didn’t listen on my nails I wanted dip with gel polish. She used colored dip. I had the gel polished picked out from my toes. She left jagged edges, dried dip powder in my nails, bubbles and grit from the powder being set, I’ve got uneven nails, my actual nail looks wavy and then I’ve got uneven application were she was trying to cover the side of my nail where she as well left old color and previous dip powder that she couldn’t get off. I had to do some of my own filing on the sides to just get my skin separated from my nail. I’ll never be back. Again, they were nice and the place was clean, but the quality I got left with was not worth the price I paid.
