I really appreciate how quickly they took my toddler in who had a fever and upper respiratory symptoms. 5* service. As a pharmacist I’ve recommended it to other patients and colleagues

2 /5 Jessica R: Went here when my infant had a gushing nosebleed out of nowhere and was scream crying. Was told by the front desk they couldn’t see him due to capacity (waiting room had 1 person), even after I asked if they could make an exception for an INFANT but they suggested I try another urgent care. Will not be returning.

5 /5 Stephanie Worthen: We had a great experience! Our 5 month old was running a fever, it was high enough for us to be concerned but not high enough to go to the ER, so we decided to take him here. They must fast-track babies because they brought us back as soon as we checked in. Dr. Chris Stanley saw us for our visit. He was very kind and took the time to explain everything to us. Our nurse (didnt catch her name) was also very kind and helpful. Overall a great experience! And while I hope to not have to go back, we will choose this location if we need another urgent care visit.

4 /5 Jenni Graham: I think it’s hard to give 5 stars to any urgent care. Their online wait list doesn’t seem to make much difference and we’ve had more luck just doing walk in appointments. The wait can be long, but that’s not their fault. My daughter and I were able to be seen together for sinus infections, so I appreciated that. Staff are nice and friendly. The waiting room is big and there are vending machines. Lots of parking and easy to get to.

1 /5 fuud: I never received any of my testing info and it doesn’t say on my my chart that I ever visited the clinic. I called to try to get the information about this and the first time I called I was hung up on. The next time I called they told me they are closed. It’s currently 5 pm and it says they close at 8 pm online.
