1 /5 Brian Miller: They refuse to pay me for helping them one of their outpatients. This is very unacceptable, they need to do right thing and pay me now.

Called back next day was told nurse tryed to call but my voice mail fullI I asked to speak to nurse who was going to call me, receptionist said, "shall I tell Dr you are fine today" then said " take your blood pressure twice a day "

2 /5 Lisa Union: it is very difficult to get a real person on the phone and to get a call back I have had to call several times with no response I find this very disheartening Im thinking about switching doctors because of this this is ridiculous! something needs to be done so patient s needs are not put on the back burner. I feel that I am not valued as a fellow human being that my health may be affected by the NO response time that happens all the time!!!

1 /5 Nary Ros: Thinking about transferring my gramma. Unprofessional and their customer service is horrible! Every time I call I have to wait next day until they call back. Their whole system and how they set it up is just ridiculous!

1 /5 Brittany Kaiser: Concerto is the most ridiculous company I have ever had to done business with. They are rarely available to answer a phone call. Rarely do the call back. I have to call at least 3 - 4 times before I get any type of answer from them. I have 11 residents that go through them as their primary physician. Dr. Doug DJang is great! And a few MAs are amazing as well, but the communication between staff and their system they use is absolutely flabbergasting. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They are not worth the hassle.
