1 /5 Cherry Daniels: Awful. The nurse was very off-putting and the Dr dismissive. Did nothing but talk for 5 min and then schedule a test out for 6 months. No thanks Ill go somewhere else. For some reason the nurse felt the need to point out the old weight recorded on my chart and consistently say she couldnt get the updated weight to save. I have gained 30lb since I was last here years ago. Instead of inputting the information as normal and moving on. Even showing me on the screen my old weight. "Is this accurate" clearly not since I was JUST on your scale. Never coming back.

1 /5 T.H. V: This is the worst receptionist in this office. I tried to schedule an appointment for my sister, the receptionist was not clear when asking for the "name", not mentioned whether it was first name or last name, when I spelled the last name, she yelled and repeated on the phone "first name, first name, first name". After that, she said they didnt receive the referral, so I tried to explain to her, she kept interrupting me. I asked her to let me finish what I was to say, she hung up on me without let me finish my explanation. The person was very tempered, impatient, no professional manner at all.

1 /5 Jose Bonilla: Yeah, so they just don’t answer the phone. I’ve been on hold for multiple hours today trying to book an appointment from a referral. Edit: to add more frustration, I reached out to Jasmine who was highly unprofessional on the phone interrupting me from explaining issues three times, each time positing a presumption on what the issue is without actually listening to me, and having a bad faith attitude on the phone. Jasmine, you can do better. And no, the bar you and your org are setting is not a good standard.

1 /5 MK: I had Joshua Busch as my doctor and he treated me awful the entire time. I have a diagnosed chronic illness that I needed help managing, and my primary care doctor wasn’t sure what more she could do for me. After talking to him for 5 minutes he told me it was just anxiety & continued to tell me that I needed to see a psychiatrist. He talked down to me the entire time and treated me like I was stupid.

1 /5 Fabio Pontual: Checked in for my appointment, but I was not being called after a long wait. After asking twice what was going on, the receptionist figured out they had not "fully" checked me in. After they fixed it, I was told I would need to wait as there were people waiting for their appointment. Just left
