5 /5 Sue Gratton: I saw Dr Samandip Hothi who was covering for my regular doctor, when I had an urgent need to be addressed before my upcoming surgery in a few days. He was amazing!! I felt like he not only took care of my urgent needs, but he made sure that I knew that he was there to talk about following up after surgery. Absolutely spectacular thorough & caring doctor! Would highly recommend him to anyone.

I had an appointment with Dr. Hothi today (Monday June 13th my birthday) and I just looked got home looked at my arm after the blood draw this morning and I kid you not, there is a dark purple & black bruise the size of dime. I have pictures and my arm still hurts. I told her phlebotomist that she was hurting me, and she kept jabbing the needle into the vein when the blood did not come out fast enough... she did the same thing 6-months ago to me and just looked at me both times like I was exaggerating how much pain she was causing me... the tips of the fingers felt numb for a moment too I remembered and they still feel slightly numb. This is the second time this African woman hurt me like this twice and I have never bruised after a blood draw since becoming HIV positive in 1998 until I let her touch me... never again, she did not apologize or acknowledge that she had caused me discomfort, she just held out some gauze and asked, “do you want the rubber band?” I told the doctors assistant she offered the typical apology as she hustled me out the door not even offering to escalate the incident, so I shared what happened with scheduling and both ladies seemed genuinely shocked... but I doubt anyone will say or do anything about this woman. I sent an email to both the doctors office asking, "What do your office intend to do about this?"

It was my first visit to the clinic. Scheduling, payment and working with the front desk staff was seamless and easy. The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful, and my eye was better within a few days. The office is not fancy, but the service delivered was great.

Manzo: Felt like I had to give my honest review on this establishment. Everything went smoothly, and fast to be honest, yes there was a small wait but nothing of hours waiting that’s for sure, my nurse was very informative, empathic. Shoot this place was way more convenient than planned parenthood, planned parenthood you can bearly book a appt alone if not 1hr a half away. I really hope not to have to come here again for the services but if I need to yes I’ll come back here. Thanks, that is my honest review.

Aaron Brummett: Very good doctor! He have me my life back, starting in July of 2016! I had been sick for a few years... I couldnt drive, I was pretty much house bound. The VA hospital couldnt figure it out... not in five years! But Dr. Kadeg discovered that my gallbladder needed to be removed. the procedure went remarkably well! There is always that one doctor who can figure stuff out when the rest can not! He also made sure the VA covered the financial side of it... which limited my stress! I cant thank you enough!

Jon Moler: Dr. Sakin did a horrible job with my fiance, Corina. He did absolutely nothing for her at all. Many appointments with him and each time nothing was done. She is still in an incredible amount of pain and Sakin did nothing for her. The staff that works for Dr. Sakin is very very nice. Lisa is a joy to talk to and they all listen to what you have to say. As far as Dr. Sakin goes, dont waste your time!!! I Am Extremely Disappointed!!!!!

La C.: I’ve been with Dr. Stepan for quite sometime now about 10 years more. She is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I look at her as my Dr. Mom. She has stuck by side through all the punches I’ve endured in life. She is always looking out for my health and mental well being even when I have setbacks with my weight gains / losses she always goes above and beyond to seek other alternatives. I love that she always asks me what I think about the suggestions she offers rather than telling me to do it. She also takes time to throughly research diagnosis that surface and what the possible causes could be. She’s the only dr I can count on to not miss my Rxs refills too! I know I’m not the easiest patient at times however during those times she ensures that I am leaving our visit smiling and feeling good . :) if you’re looking for a Dr. who truly cares about your well being, has great bedside manner; empathetic and kind hearted She is it! I highly recommend!

The Proliance group could improve their appointment process. It is very difficult to reach a person to make an appointment, it has been like this for years.

Mirella L.: Front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and made incorrect statements about my test results and health all to just usher me out of the waiting room while crying. I do not remember the persons name. I would definitely recognize her if I saw her. When I showed up one day, looking to talk to a doctor about my results that showed lung cancer, she said that my results "werent anything to cry about" because shes seen much worse when she worked in oncology. Then handed me a tissue and ushered me out the door without helping me to speak to a doctor. Meanwhile Ive been through lung surgery, chemo, radiation... and she might still be sitting there, dulling out toxicity to those who need support. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Should be reprimanded. Doctor was a bit negligent. Said there was no need to include an oncologist, only to be proven wrong in the end. Never spoke to me again to acknowledge he was wrong or take some type of accountability. Incredibly poor bedside manner, if you ask me. If youre looking to learn whether you have lung cancer or not, dont waste your time here. Go to UW Montlake or Fred Hutch or any of the other places in Seattle proper, to increase your chances of being treated like a human being that matters.
