The Proliance group could improve their appointment process. It is very difficult to reach a person to make an appointment, it has been like this for years.

During a spinal injection he informed me of everything he was doing and chatted with me to distract and relax me during the procedure. He speaks in laymans terms and I appreciate his conservative approach to finding solutions to my problem.

1 /5 Candace Krull: After being referred to Dr. Oh by the ER, it took over a month to get an appointment, followed by weeks of waiting for diagnostics and then weeks for treatment. His office is difficult to reach, with poor communication and no follow-up after procedures. I was also scheduled at a different office without being informed, only discovering the change when I called to confirm my own appointment. Dr. Oh is nice, but the long wait times and lack of communication have been incredibly frustrating.

Cecily Bishop: Almost 8 years now since my diagnosis of breast cancer. The decision was easy as I was able to avoid Chemo and radiation, if i had a mastectomy. Not one day goes by that I dont thank the creator for having chosen Dr. McFall and Valley Medical Center for my cancer trestment. What an amazingly skilled and compassionate Dr. and surgeon! S T: Office is convenient, easy to find, and clean and the staff was friendly. My daughter and I met with Dr. David Johnson. He has fantastic communication skills in explaining every step of his process and he answers all your questions you may have. Then asks if we have any further questions that weren’t answered. He also makes you feel like you’ve got his complete undivided attention when communicating with you. By making eye contact while speaking clearly enunciating his words about what he sees and the next best steps. I also worked with an ear technician specialist (Trista?) to do hearing test. She was very kind, inviting and patient with me, and she also was a great communicator in explaining her processes.
