5 /5 Kathleen Schroeder: I think Dr. Serkin is a great doctor. This wasn’t my first visit to his office. I’ve had hearing problems and pain in my ears and he addressed my issues with a clear, concise diagnosis. He and his staff were very friendly and supportive. I highly recommend this practice.

5 /5 Nailah Anderson: Not really sure what people are talking about. Dr. Serkin is the first ENT that has actually listened AND helped me. There are claims that he is "cold" or "awkward". Doctors dont have to be social butterflies in order to do a great job. He requested a CT scan (no doctor has ever done that for me), found the issue, did the procedure in office, and I have been breathing better than I ever have. Really disappointed with the low ratings.

1 /5 Royce Le: I would give 0 stars to this place if I could. I encourage anyone who had experience of neglect with this doctor to report him to the Washington Medical Commission. A patient I am close to (whom I will keep anonymous for their privacy) went in and did not feel heard or cared for. The patient said that he had one foot out the door while diagnosing them, literally. Dr. Serkin belittled patients concerns, tried to hurry the patient, and on top of that, prescribed a ridiculous treatment on his after care summary when he never once mentioned it during the actual visit. Dr. Serkin conducted his diagnoses with gross negligence and medical neglect.

5 /5 Will Stowell: I just had sinus surgery and a deviated septum fixed. Still in early recovery phase, but doing way better than I thought. I’ve been having lot of sinus issues for a long time and after my primary care doc failed to help me, I found Dr. Serkin on my own. The entire process of surgery and recovery was very solid. I don’t like hospitals or needles but they took very care of me. I’d go back no problem. Other reviews state unfriendly staff, they have been very nice to me. I show up on time and got no nonsense going on. Dr. Serkin might be a little socially odd, but just a tiny bit. Sometimes doesn’t look ya in the eyes, but I’m not offended (I have family like this). He is what I want in a doctor- no nonsense, little goofy but quick to the point. I even had him clean my ears and he did the best job vs other docs I’ve been too. If you’re having sinus issues, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Serkin.

S T: Office is convenient, easy to find, and clean and the staff was friendly. My daughter and I met with Dr. David Johnson. He has fantastic communication skills in explaining every step of his process and he answers all your questions you may have. Then asks if we have any further questions that weren’t answered. He also makes you feel like you’ve got his complete undivided attention when communicating with you. By making eye contact while speaking clearly enunciating his words about what he sees and the next best steps. I also worked with an ear technician specialist (Trista?) to do hearing test. She was very kind, inviting and patient with me, and she also was a great communicator in explaining her processes.

My dog had cut himself real bad outside playin fetch and was bleeding everywhere, they took him in right away, quick exam and gave me a reasonable estimate, although they held him overnight for surgery and monitor I trust they took great care of him.
