I have not been to this cardiologist many visits, but somehow when I refilled an important heart prescription, it referred back to this office. To add to the inconsistencies and incompetencies of the staff in this particular office, they rejected my medication refill. Leaving me a very rude message on my telephone saying they could see two cardiologists in my file, and arent sure who should be refilling the medication. Then they chose not to refill the very important daily heart medication that I need. Because the office lady probably saw this review, she decided to be vindictive, and not refill it ... instead of using the obvious tools at her disposal, the electronic charts clearly State who my cardiologist is. She could have sent that prescription right over to the current cardiologist... instead she chose to endanger my life by not refilling if before a long labor day weekend....
**just wow**
Aside from the good folks in the cardiac rehab Department, I recommend going elsewhere for your needs. Even if you make appointments two and a half months ahead of time they will cancel them within five hours on the day of, and reschedule you without even checking if that works. With all the technology in this world you think another doctor could see me on that day, or a telehealth appointment, or they could have alerted me through my electronic chart. Instead I missed their call by just five minutes, I called back, I wait on hold for 25 minutes to be told that my appointment has been changed two days later, not asked. And then I was hung up on when I said that doesnt work for me...
