1 /5 Joanna Gallagher: This place always disappoints. I’ve been seeing them for about a year. I recently had shoulder surgery in March. I called 3wks ago. Crickets. Never got a call back. I called yesterday and spoke to the front telling them the situation. There was no apology and they transferred me to the MA’s vm as I was talking. I hung up and called back asking for the Office Manager. I left a VM. No call back. No apology. Nothing from the Office Manager. Today one of the PA’s Medical Assistant’s called me- not the PA- one was in surgery and the other with patients. After 3 wks I couldn’t even get a phone call from a PA. Patient care doesn’t seem to be important. The older woman up front, who sits in the middle, is always rude. She never smiles or makes you feel welcome, instead the exact opposite. One of the assistants, won’t call them out completely, never calls back either, unless you call a week later asking why you haven’t heard from them. Finally, when she does call, has no clue what’s going on. The patient advocate, crickets. Nothing, never replies. I called billing and told them they billed my insurance when it was a work claim, that was a couple months ago, never heard back. From the very beginning I’ve had problems with this clinic. The administration team is awful.
